Rules Simple as possible. Rules bore me, so.. try and read it Becoming a Member [SIZE=1]01) Register with a first and last name. Good Example: Tom Riddle Bad Example: Tom Marvolo Riddle or lorrd_voldie235 02) Do not post your bio as a guest! Things become annoyingly complicated. 03) The first person to post a bio will have the first chance of being accepted. However, if they have errors to correct, you may still beat them to the draw. 04) Do not post anywhere else, until you are accepted. 05) I will allow four canon student characters max. 06) You may have as many original characters as you like, but I will be picky. 07) Unfinished applications will be deleted after three days if you do not alert me before then. When Role-Playing 01) Please, when replying to a thread, post at least two paragraphs. Elaborate off of your idea. It is very difficult to keep an intelligent thread moving if you are posting three lines per response. 02) No one-liners. Period, done, end of discussion. I will be angry if I find one of these. You are all better than that! 03) No spamming threads in the role-playing area. 04) You all read the books, be smart. Stay in character. 05) This site is rated R. If you are uncomfortable with the possibility of explicit violence, or strong sexual nature, this site may not be right for you. I will make sure, however, to clearly label every thread that runs the possibility of containing this material. 06) Be nice, pay attention to the age-old philosphy we all know like the back of our hands: If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. I will not tolerate excessive bitchiness, PMS or not. Misc. 01) Reservations last for three days max. If you can give me a good reason, then I will extend it for you. 02) I ask that you claim the celebrity you will be using in the Avatar Claim. It cannot be a drawn character, please keep them real flesh and bone. 03) If you will be leaving for a time, do me a big favor and post in the designated forum. Your admin, Arty, is in love with Oasis. Otherwise, when updates roll around, I may make the mistake of placing your characters under inactve. Above all, I ask you to please use common sense. That's what these rules are, all of you could've given me every single one of the above guidelines and probably a hundred more. I have faith in you, and your capabilities. |
