Requests Rules and Code, MUST READ BEFORE POSTING HERE!

If you are reading this then you are probably either wanting to request a graphic to be made, or want to be one of our artists that make graphics. First thing first is the rules.

For those looking to Request
First thing you have to know is that artists can't read your mind, when requesting a graphic try to be as specific as possible, colours, celeb you are rpg'ng any pictures you would like in the bacground and mood. A code will be available at the end for use when requesting.
Something that is important is that if you haven't had anyone take up your offer in 3 days there is no need to panic and make a new topic, it just makes things messy. No if you haven't got someone taking up your offer, as long as it has been at least 72 hours you can post in your thread to bump it, as simple as that. There is no limit to how many times you bump as long as each one is not within 72 hours of the last. We don't want spam, you are less likely to be taken up that way.
Also remember, and this is very important, when someone does take up your request, we want politeness, if any sort of rude remarks are made towards the artist your request will be cancelled and your account suspended for as long as the admin/s see fit.
Another thing is remember to always REHOST and CREDIT the person that made the graphic for you, it's respectful and fair. No one wants their hard work to be plagiarized. If you are found to be plagiarizing, your account will either be suspended or you will be banned.
Also before posting your own images, please make sure they are useable, already edited images can't be used and low quality images will make the artists work a lot harder. They are putting in the time for you.

Artists
If you are wanting to become an artist it is very simple, look through the requests for one that you think you can do and post saying that you are taking it.
Once you take up a request you have 3 days to finish it, if that is not possible then you can either ask the member if they are willing to wait a while longer (please try to specify a date) or you can ask to have it reopened.
YOU CAN ONLY DO ONE REQUEST AT A TIME!
We get that some of you may want to do more, but to be fair on others only one request is able to be undertaken at a time, as soon as that request is complete and the [complete] appears at the start of the topic you will be able to undertake a new request if you see fit.
You must do all the image hosting yourself and try to work with the request as best as possible, i know it can be hard and pictures may not work but try to make it as close as possible to the best of your ability.
Don't undertake this lightly, you have to have graphic experience to make the graphics, jumping in is just going to get the admins and mods annoyed and may cause you to be unable to take up or ask for requests until you prove your abilities.
Any plagiarism found to be undertaken by any artist will lead to the immediate suspension or banning and you will not be allowed to undertake or request any graphics on this forum again. We take plagiarism very seriously, credit must be given where it is due. We don't care if you have been given permission to give out a graphic or avatar, In our opinion if you didn't make it, it's not yours to give.
