Flying Deadly

[Range]

A silverwhite dragon slowly walked into the camp. She looked around nervously as though someone might come out of now where and scare her. Walking gently across the ground, not making a sound. Lunar was looking for someone to talk to and gather information. She looked with caution, hoppin to spot someone.

"H... Hello? Any...Anyone here?" Lunar asked to nothing percies, but sounding scared and lonly at the same time. She just hopped someone would be here. Someone who would take her in so she would no longer be alone.

[Aurora]

A white dragon stepped out of a den nearby. It was none other than Aurora the deputy of Icepack. She had not been in a good mood since the ice had started melting. There were rumors also of a basilisk. Though it was said to only have been spotted in Darkpack territory it was dangerous to all the Packs. Aurora shook off her thoughts to look for the dragon who had called. There was a timid looking dragon in the center of the center of the clearing.

Aurora took a deep breath to take control of her feelings and thoughts. "Yes?" She called in an almost gentle tone.

[Range]

Lunar stoped in her tracks when she saw the other dragon, quickly putting her head down and making her self look samll. "Please miss, I was woundering if I could join this pack? I have been alone for too long and need a home. If you are willing to take me in, I will fight for this pack with my life." Lunar manged to say in a small voice. She did not know where she was, but that could wait. First she needed a pack.

[Aurora]

Aurora's eyes narrowed slightly, ever since Razorback she had lost a lot of trust with outsiders. Not that she had trusted them int the first place. She looked the dragon over. Aurora paused. She spotted an unimportant boulder lodged in the corner of the camp. It was large even by a dragon's standards, but a warrior should have no troublw with it. "Destroy that boulder for me." She said her eyes flicking to where the boulder was located.

[Range]

Lunar took a deep breath, though she could fight she did not like too. After she got her lungs filled she used her icey breath to freez the rock below -50c. Then taking her tail she, she brought it down on the boulder. At first the boulder did not seem to break, but after a cuple of sceonds thta seemed like hours to Lunar, it final shattard. Inward, the dragon said a slight thanks. Still keeping her head low, she trunned to the other dragon. "May I stay?"

[Aurora]

Aurora gave a slight nod. "You are welcome to stay." Aurora motioned with her tail the den behind me is the warriors den. The center where are now standing is where all of us come to gather to dole out patrols. It is also where we eat. Anything else you need to know?" Aurora asked. She usually didn't act so unfriendly and she was sorry this dragon had caught her in one of her moods but she didn't feel like bothering with any dragon at this moment.

Lunar had a simle on her face once she learned that she could stay. "Yes, one qusetion. Who is the leader of this pack? I have never been in these parts and know nothing about these lands." Lunar droped her smile, relizing that she was an outsider.

[Aurora]

Aurora almost bared her fangs at the dragon but smiled instead. "Our pack is called IcePack. The leader's name is Diamondfang. She takes care of Pack politics such as rivalries between the other Packs located here: DarkPack, FirePack and BloodPack. After her and second in command is the deputy. She takes care of organizing hunting and border patrols. Should Diamondfang die the deputy takes her place.." Aurora said matter -of -factly. She didn't feel like mentioning the fact that she was the deputy unless the information was specifically(sp?) asked for. "The Healer of the Pack is Frostclaw. I think its pretty obvious what she does." Aurora said. Quickly she started for the Warrior's den before the dragon could ask anything more.

Okay, lets try being Diamondfang now, shall we!

<sub>Exiting her den by way of yawning after a well night sleep, she came out to see a dragon she had never seen before. About to go and ask where she had come from, and why she was talking to thin air, 'H... Hello? Any...Anyone here?', she saw Aurora walk out. She looked troubled, and Diamondfang figured that she as thinking of the same things that was bothering her. The ice was melting, the rumurs about a basalisk around Darkpack, and other pack stuff... The pains of being the Leader. Deciding that Aurora should be allowed to handle this, she settled down on the inside of her den and snaked her neck around to watch.

'Yes?' The small dragon spoke next. 'Please miss, I was wondering if I could join this pack? I have been alone for too long and need a home. If you are willing to take me in, I will fight for this pack with my life.' Great, more loners. Apparently the Deputy felt the same way. 'Destroy that boulder for me.' She did so, nothing fancy, everything fine. 'May I stay?' Hmmmm, we'd see. 'You are welcome to stay. the den behind me is the warriors den. The center where are now standing is where all of us come to gather to dole out patrols. It is also where we eat. Anything else you need to know?' Wouldn't it be better to be more polite Aurora? 'Yes, one question. Who is the leader of this pack? I have never been in these parts and know nothing about these lands.' Good question, thinking ahead. The dragon rose several notchs in Diamondfang's head.

I think its pretty obvious what she does.' Noting that she didn't tell the new dragon that she was the deputy, and was trying to escape, the pure white dragon decided it was time to come out. Rising, she strolled out into the sunlight, letting it hit her in a dazziling display of colors, she waltzed over to them. Her eye's a sparkiling green in mischevious fun, she called Aurora over. "Now wait Aurora! You didn't ask me if she could stay, you didn't ask her name, and you didn't tell her where she would be staying. I'm Diamondfang, the Leader, and this is Aurora, the Deputy. What is your name, and it is allright if you stay, though you will have to stay with the Apprentices until we see proof that you can be a warrior."

Aurora nearly jumped out of her scales asDiamondfang spoke. Had she been listening in the whole time?! Aurora bent her head. "I am sorry Diamondfang I had assumed you were asleep and I presumed to deal with her myself. I overstepped my boundaries." At the same time another part of her felt rage at being treated as if she were still a greenhorn. Aurora sighed quietly, today was not her day.

[Range]

"Thank you Lady Dimanfang, its in horonr to meet you." The sliver white dragon said, bowing her head. "My name is Lunar and I shall sever you with my life." She did not rasie her head, it was what she was thought. Never look at your leader for it was a sign of dissrespect.

[Darkfang]
