When I heard about the purge, I was not surprised at all. Nope. I loved the idea of saving all the best fanstuffs, and my best fanstuff is #2 on the list, 20X6 Wars. But there's been something nagging at me for a while now:

What about the fanstuffs that just started?

I made a Stinkoman Sprite Comic called Life on Planet K last November, made one crappy comic, and left it to rot for months. I recently restarted it, but put it on hold again because of my game and the purge. It has one comic, although it looks good now.

I don't think fanstuffs like this have a shot of getting on the GLORIOUS GRAVY BOAT, but they shouldn't be deleted just because they got started at the wrong time. I move that we should create a list of quality fanstuffs that are relatively new. If they keep up the quality and increase the size of their fanstuff, it can be moved to the 100+ list. If not, they can restart at the new wiki, which a lot of people are doing as their only option.

I suppose you're right, but there is new fanstuff that's... not all that good. (Like this.)

You know, people haven't really noticed that Preview idea. New fanstuffs could be rsubmitted, etc, etc.

Notice how I said "quality". I'm sure I'm not the only one with a fanstuff that's good, but has just started/doesn't have much, but has potential. It'll work like the list we've got now, but for stuff that isn't quite there, but shouldn't be left behind.

Well, we have a month or so. Work on it then. If it gets large enough, it'll be able to get on.
