Humans

(Posted Image)

Humans, despite all that has happened to them after the Great War, remain the most prominent, dominant, and widespread species across the planet. Humans have shown to be resourceful, intelligent, and stubborn beings with a mighty will to survive and conquer. Throughout the Earth's history, they have shown to be strong willed creatures that let nothing stop them, nothing stand in their way, and will go to extreme lengths to get what they want. They are an admirable race but are also incredibly flawed.

Appearance

Males: average height of 5'7 - 6'3 or possibly taller, average weight 130 - 200 lbs. Usually lean and muscular, hardly ever fat but do have some bulk.

Females: average height of 4'11 - 5'7, average weight 100 - 120 lbs. Generally thinner and more lightweight than males. They are hardly fat, are pretty lean themselves but in some cases less muscular than males.

All humans are generally thin and malnourished. It is incredibly rare to see one without some sort of scar or heavy skin lesion. Diseased humans have grayed, splotchy skin or just generally look sickly.

Ethnicities
  • Caucasian
  • Asian
  • African-American
  • Hispanic

Hair Color

Humans have a range of the following natural hair colors:
  • Platinum Blonde
  • Strawberry Blonde
  • Blonde
  • Dirty Blonde
  • Ginger
  • Sandy Brown
  • Golden Brown
  • Brown
  • Chocolate Brown
  • Black

Humans like to be creative and should they be lucky enough, will sometimes come across hair dye to change to temporarily change their hair color.

Hair dye colors include:
  • Blue
  • Red
  • Yellow
  • Green
  • Orange
  • Pink
  • Purple

Hair dye is not permanent and the color will eventually fade or wash out with out constant re-dying. No humans have unnaturally colored hair, it must be dyed. Any human characters with naturally colored blue, red, yellow, green, orange, pink, or purple hair will not be accepted and their profile will be deleted

Eye Color

Human eyes come in various shapes and size, and also come in a few different colors.

These colors include:
  • Green
  • Blue
  • Brown
  • Hazel
  • Grey

Due to genetic mutations, some humans may have yellow or orange colored eyes. In cases of albinism, the eyes may be pinkish-red in color. No human has naturally bright pink or purple colored eyes. Any human characters with bright pink or purple colored eyes will not be accepted and their profiles will be deleted.

Other Body Attributes

Tattoos: Sticking to the creativeness of humans, they loved getting tattoos of everything and anything. In some human tribes, tattoos carry some cultural importance such as a first hunt or kill, sometimes even marks of maturity.

Physical Skin Conditions: Sometimes radiation effects the way the human body may look. Radiation will sometimes wrap or change human DNA, giving the body some rather odd or unique appearances. Some humans may be born with extra toes or fingers, or fused toes and fingers. Others may have albinism (white hair, pale skin, pinkish-red eyes). In some cases, almost tattoo like patterns and designs on the skin.

Mutated DNA does not mean a human can grow animal ears or tails. Those are called furries, and we do not have those in Fallout: Montana. Unless your human character has a real life skin condition, it is not allowed on this site. The admins will determine whether your character's condition is acceptable or not in the role-play.

Ghouls

(Posted Image)(Posted Image)

Most ghouls are survivor's of the aftermath of the Great War. A ghoul is created when a human is inflicted with a mass amount of radiation at once. Their hair falls out, their flakes and rots away to reveal muscle tissue underneath. Their voices are deep and gravelly as if their vocal chords were rotting away as well. The eyes of a ghoul become a blueish color and loook sunken in a bit

Ghouls are essentially the same as humans, coming in different heights and backgrounds. However their natural lifespans have greatly increased. The average human, if conditions are right, can live to be at least ninety years old. Ghouls can twice that much. There are several ghouls born before the Great War that still live today!

Ghouls are sterile, meaning they cannot reproduce. To get another ghoul, a human would have to be exposed to very, very large concentrations of radiation and live through that. Chems do not work on ghouls (save for stimpacks). Ghouls are resistant to radiation however, allowing them to travel about in heavily irradiated areas with the need of Rad-X or a Radiation Suit.

Ghouls are simply just like humans in terms of skills and traits. There's nothing a human can do that a ghoul can't do either!

Super Mutants

(Posted Image)(Posted Image)(Posted Image)

Super Mutants were once humans. Due to certain circumstances, these humans were dipped into vats of FEV ( Forced Evolutionary Virus ) and they became mutants. The average mutant is 6 - 7ft tall.

There are three types of Super Mutants. The first one (the yellowy-orange one) is from the East Coast of the former United States, mostly from around Washington D.C. These mutants were created by Enclave forces. Many D.C Super Mutants were wiped out due to the efforts of the Lone Wanderer, but many have escaped the D.C Wasteland and traveled west, north, and south. Some have even found their way to Montana!

We are currently accepting x3 D.C Super Mutants

The second kind is actually the original Super Mutant (the green one). These Super Mutants are from California, and they were created by the Master way, way back when. These mutants were once part of the Master's armies, but since his death, they have scattered across the western part of the former United States. Some even have found their way into Montana.

We are currently accepting x3 West Coast Super Mutants

The last kind of Super Mutants are called Nightkin (the blue one). Nightkin are smaller, but are thought to be more intelligent and faster than a regular Super Mutant. Nightkin constantly use Stealth Boys to hide themselves. However, due to the amount of time a Nightkin spends using a Stealth Boy, they develop schizophrenia. They also, oddly enough, have a strange obsession with Brahmin. Nightkin too have wandered off from California to search the wastes for more Stealth Boys, and Montana is no exception.

We are currently accepting x3 Nightkins

We will not accept, under any circumstances, a Super Mutant Behemoth from Fallout 3. There were a total of 5 in the base game, and it is assumed the Lone Wanderer killed them all. End story, we're not having them at all.

All Super Mutans are resistant to chems aside from Stimpacks. They are also resistant to radiation, but are not healed by it. Super Mutants use large, heavy weapons such as Miniguns, Incinerators, Falmers, Light Machiene Guns, Bumper Swords, and Super Sledges. They can use smaller weapons, but the bigger they are, the better a Super Mutant can use them.

Super Mutants generally dislike humans, and humans dislike Super Mutants right back! But so long as a Mutant does not cause trouble in a human settlement, things should go just a-o-kay.
