Secrecy's Development, Everybody Welcome

[Vixus]

Vixus looked around, his wrench had dissapeared and he was in dire need of it. He was working on an extremely dangerous invention that he had thought not but two weeks ago. He of course had been studying some aspects that had led to the dangerous aura of the invention, but the way the aspects could be used was thrilling.

Vixus grabbed the wrench from where he noticed it sitting, as though it didn't want to finish the invention. "Come on my friend, nothing to worry. Its only a little thing I call a bomb. As long as the human race does not become carried away and bent on destruction and power the entire world should be safe as a sheep..." Vixus scratched his head puzzled. "That doesn't make sense, but what the hay."

Vixus looked up at the large metal base, his invention was an eigth of the way finished. It would take him another day to complete his work, but it would be well worth it. His mind was only set on impressing the world and being known throughout the races.

"I have no intention of selling this weapon, but I may give it to the military... but I'll have to see what my sister says." Vixus looked around as he heard a banging coming from behind him, an echo ringing throughout the room. "Who is it and what do you want?"

[Mao]

"I am Mao, and i accidently took the wrong turn" Mao said to the stranger. That brooker knew her too well telling her that if she would check out the Milita District she would find somthing interresting, He knew how curious she is and wouldnīt be able to resit. "Who are you?"she asked. She had forgot her cap, which covered her shifter features, her cat like ears on her head. "please be a reasonble human, and dont attack me because im a shifter" She thought.And hoping for some nice information out of him. Because she needed somthing to sell or a new mission, she had no money, because of that human who let her live but destoyed the plans of Alveno City, it was a big paying job. "what a strange device you are making" Mao said.

[Vixus]

Vixus stared at the odd, but energetic female shifter. "Glad to meet you Mao, I'm Vixus Shay." Vixus chuckeled as the girl rambled on just like the old folk from across the street. "Don't worry girl, Shifters are safe in the city. Ever since my sister established the Human/Shifter alliance things have never been better." Vixus could easily understand that this girl was more than curious, she was mischivous as well. "I see you've taken an interest in my latest invention. Do come in and I can show you my glorious, but unfinished device."

Vixus walked over to the base of the metal machine. "I call it the bomb. According to my calculations and extensive research, this device could eliminate the whole of Alveno city in less than a minute." Vixus smile uncertainly. "But I won't be handing this out to anybody... or not until I know whether I can trust the person of whom I bestow this great power. But back to the device." Vixus raised his hand towards the device. "As I said, if my calculations are correct, this device could eliminate Alveno city in seconds. This would be because of the rupture of a thing we call atoms. When these atoms are split they release a large amount of energy, and if not kept in check, it can create a chain reaction upon which would spread." Vixus breathed in deeply. "Eventually, the reaction would end due to a steady decline of realeased energy." Vixus looked at Mao. "What do you think?"

[Leon]

Leon and Lance stopped their bikes infront of Vixusīs workshop. "I told you that we would be out of the job Leon, but did you listen...no. Now we have absolutley nothing to do except for patrol duties and house calls." said Lance. Leon got off the bike and so did Lance, Leon then turned around.
"I donīt think I need your help on this one, like you said, itīs just a house call." Leon said. "But.." Lance responed but was interupted when Leon said. "You can continue your patrol of the city. Maybe youīll get lucky and youīll get in a fight with some rebels..." Leon turned around. "If there are any." Leon said and walked to door.
Lance got on his bike. "Alrighty then, later." Lance said then rode off.

Leon entered and heard what Vixus was saying, he walked towards a support beam of the workshop but never saw Mao. He leaned at it. When Vixus finished talking Leon said in a friendly tone: "I think I have to retire sooner then I thougt and that bomb is the insurence."

[Vixus]

Vixus looked around the girth of the metal contraption of his. He noticed that the man was slim, had dark colored hair, and carried a large sword on his back. "Leon! Its so nice to see you." Vixus yelled, rushing towards Leon, giving him a bear hug in the end. "Let me guess... My sister asked you to stop by and see how things were coming along?" Vixus smiled and looked Leon in the eyes. "And I'm sure that my sister is bringing you through the ranks along with herself?" Vixus turned suddenly, remembering that he had another guest in his humble workspace. "Leon, this is Mao... She says that she took a wrong turn. She seems to be quite curious."

[Mao]

Mao didn't know vether to run or stay, she didnīt think to see leon again, at least not soon, it had only bin 1 and half month since last time the met, during an unpleasant meeting. "Leon...., nice to meet you again"she said with a smile, still thinking to run away, But shifters where now safe in the city, thanks to Kaienīs brother Cilam, she had hoped to meet him here, she put her hand on her blade just in case if leon was thinking of somthing funny.

[Leon]

Leon grinned, placed his hand on Vixusīs shoulder and said. "Vixus, Everytime I come here doesnīt mean that Iīm here by order of your sister." Leon took his hand off his shoulder. "I only came here to check how things are going and making sure you donīt blow up ohh i donīt know..the whole city maybe." Leon started to laugh. "And your sister better bring me though the ranks cause me and her have been through thick and thinn." Leon walked forward so he saw Mao. "Itīs nice meeting you too again. Mao." Leon saw that she placed her hand on her sword. "Ohh come on...does she really think in a time of peace that I would attack her." Leon thougt to himself and smiled.

[Vixus]

"Heh heh, I suppose you're right Leon. Still its good to see you and have you as company. As you can see, my project is coming along nicely. If ever we need... well, lets leave that discussion for another time, when we can talk in private." Vixus turned to Mao. "So, is there anything I can do for you, would you like a cup of coffee or something else to drink? What about you Leon?"

[Jadexia]

Jade grumbled as she fired up the bike and snapped her goggles on. It seems like she always did the dirty work, being the black sheep of the family. Oh yeah? Well then let's see your face once I boot Mellia out of her seat and take over the military for myself. Of course, that little voice in her head retorted.
Shut up, you fool. You're not even in[/i] the military! Why should you start now?[/i]

That godforsaken voice put the girl in an even grumpier mood and she sped at least 20 miles above the limit. Without realizing it, she was weaving between carts and other people, narrowly dodging the machines and receiving yells from parents. Not that she cared. Short cut hair blowing in the wind, she zoomed on to Vixus's place.

The bike came to a screeching stop. Jade stepped down from the seat, examining the streak marks left on the street. The mess made her grit her teeth as she knew it was going to hurt her wallet later. She pulled the goggles up from her head, loaded her pistol, and banged down the door. She barely clacked through the doorsill when she gave a loud bellow in her mid-toned voice.

"VIXUS! You forgot your damn blowtorch! Come up here and get it, lunatic."
