Mental Discipline Changes
The Mental Discipline Skills will from now on also grant mages a reduction in their med time in addition to their current purpose.

Each level of the mental discipline skill will reduce the hour long med by 2 minutes, the half hour med by 1 minute and will increase the amount of mana received from the 5 minute med by 1.

Therefore a character with Mental Discipline level 5 would need only sleep for 50 minutes or meditate for 25 minutes to regain their full mana. They would also gain 10 points of mana back from the 5 minute med.

Reverie Changes
Characters with the Reverie Skill only need sleep for 50 minutes or meditate for 25 minutes to regain their full mana. They also gain 5 extra mana on top of the base value for the 5 minute med.

These bonuses stack with any additional reductions mages may get from mental discipline.
