Gatehouse, entrance to the Golashkanev Chapter

[Sir Niall ap Trahern]

Flanking a solid and towering gatehouse are four men-at-arms. They comprise two Trolls and two Humans. All wear the livery of Golashkanev Chapter which is subtly different from that of the Protected Zone. The Humans and Trolls wear sturdy chainmail under their surcoats. All are armed and alert.

[Sir Niall ap Trahern]

Sir Niall strides towards the Gatehouse stopping just short he calls across one of the men-at-arms. He speaks briefly in Troll and the imposing Troll man-at-arms replies then heads through the gatehouse into the Chapter House. Smiling he turns and addresses Tal'Skar and Agatha,

"If you would be agreeable I have sent word to the Master of the Gate within. He will show you both to your quarters where you can get yourselves settled. It will be a but more snug than I would have liked to offer, but the incoming massed Knights and their men-at-arms will take up a large proportion of space. If you feel adventurous I can recommend the Bloodied Club which is one of the local Troll Inns. Just watch the strength of the brews."

He turns to the others,

"Lady Isobel, Sir Val would you be gracious enough to assist me with escorting King Uthden back to the Palace? King Uthden I would be honoured if we could escort you the final distance."

[Tal'skar]

Looking around at awe of the chapter house, then turning to Sir Niall

"Thank you for your hospitility, and escort to this great city. A small room will be all that I need, once I have cleaned up and rested for a while, I might join you in that local tavern you mention.
"By any chance, Sir Niall, does this house of your have a library? I would like to learn more of this city"

To the great black troll
"Your Majesty, I wish to thank you for granting me safety of your city. May our two people live peace with each other for many years to come"

[Sir Niall ap Trahern]

Sir Niall replies,

"Yes, there is a small but growing library. We have copies of the usual texts from our chapter houses in the protected zone. However, there are also some copies of works from Golashkanev and the revelations found when we restored this place have also been recorded again. I hope that you will find it all useful."

"Of course Sir Niall, I will be honoured to help escort King Uthden."

He smiles and bows towards his friend, a king.

Sir Niall smiles and nods to Tal'Skar and Agatha,

"We will speak further later. I am sure you will have many questions about the city."

Turning he leaves to escort the King back to the palace.

[Tal'skar]

Turning back to the Agatha

"I will be in my room for some time, Lady Agatha, then I will need to replace these robes before going to this tavern, sir Niall mentioned"

"You may take me to my chambers now, young man"

Bows to Agatha, and leaves the gateway

[Isobel]

follows after sir niall

Sir Niall returns to the Gatehouse having returned the King to his palace. He turns and speaks to Sir Val and Isobel.

"Lady Isobel, Sir Val, you have my thanks. I feel a little bit happier now knowing that King Uthden has made it back. I must go into the Chapter House know and see to the ongoing arrangements. Have either of you been to Bloodied Club before?"

[Isobel]

Isobel looks a little puzzled. Have you been drinking or something. You have seen me on a few occasions in the blooded club not sure if i remember you there sir val but if you don't know they way i will show you to the inn. come on lets leave the good night to his duty
isobel heads off towards the inn

"I fear this is my first visit here, I would be thankful to you if you would be so kind and show me the way. Sir Niall, I should like to visit the chapter house later when you have settled your arrangements if that would be at all possible please?"

He follows Isobel onward to the Blooded Club, unsure if he really likes the sound of it.

Sir Niall shrugs then laughs,

"To be honest with the all the other arrangements and matters that currently lay seige to my mind I'm suprised I remember your names. I will have to ask that you forgive my absent mind Isobel."

He turns to Sir Val,

"That is fine Sir Val, I'm heading into it now."

He gestures to the gate behind them.

"Once you have had your fill of the Bloodied Club then come in. I have arranged for your quarters. Speak to the Master of the Gate and he will take care of any other arrangements."

Sir Niall passes between the four men-at-arms who step back to allow him passage.

Sir Niall leaves the Chapter House and pauses to speak to the men-at-arms guarding the entrance. Bidding them farewell he walks out into the vast maze that is Golashkanev.

Sir Niall, followed closely by Lady Isobel and Sir Val, approaches the towering Chapter House of Golashkanev. Sir Niall speaks to the men-at-arms on guard duty then enters the chapter house indicating for the other two to join him.
