for most of ocean coast's history, the town has been a rather small and quiet town. nothing really happened until one day, the ocean coast resort was built. how could one resort change the entire town? well when that resort was built, it adopted a no paparazzi tolerance rule, and so it's become a safe haven for celebrities. the town's industry boomed now that people have a chance to get a glimpse of the stars. it's conveniently located near miami, florida making it even more enticing. while the city itself is incredibly lush and luxurious, not all of the city follows in that prime example. while some of the city is well off and has cash to burn, there's parts of the town that's not so lucky. there are the people that are working two jobs just to get by. it's crazy and intense town, but that's what everyone loves about it.
