Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting I'kye Plains
These plains stretch out for miles, grasses of greens and pale yellows rolling in waves across the rises and falls in the land. The air is clear and tinged with the sweet scent of flowers, and the land is dotted with trees and bushes, creating little areas of shadow for resting travelers. The sky is a clear crystal blue so pure you almost feel as though your floating up into it, while your feet remain planted sturdily on the ground.

Awatel is a medium sized village full of friendly, good-hearted people. Buisnesses and trade routes are managed by some of the kindest, fairest people you will meet in this world. The village itself forms a circle, the houses on the outermost ring, and the shops and town square filling up its center.

The Plain of Mist is a rather sacred ground. Few know how to navigate its hard-to-see terrain, and even fewer dare venture out onto this sacred land, for fear of upsetting things even more. Some say it was a disturbance on this land that brought about the recent unrest in the world.

Heorem Sol is the City of the Angels. It is built almost like a castle, made entirely of white stone, and seems to glow with a faint golden light, illuminating the forest around it. The most spectacular thing is that this city does not touch the ground, but floats almost motionless several yards above the ground. A long ramp made of light wood extends down to the ground, connecting this floating land with the world below. Few know what lies within the cities gates, but for the angels themselves...Are you pure of heart enough to discover it for yourself?

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting Megai Forest
Little is known about this forest, but many respect it. Creatures of the rarest sort can be found here, and hunting in this area is strictly forbidden. Many will make a pilgrimage into the heart of this forest to seek peace and serenity, others to simply find themselves. It is said that those who enter this forest, are never quite the same upon return.

Becareful where you step here, you never just know who...or what you might disturb. The buildings loom over you, and the streets are narrow and cramped. Dark stone and screams surround you as you wander the dark sidestreets and alleyways of this corrupted town. Mind your manners and try not to insult anyone...you never know just who might have it out for you...

Becareful what questions you ask here, because the answer might be something you fear. The inhabitants of this city are quick to anger and slow to forgive, keep that in mind...

In the day, the skies of the Burial Grounds are a dull gray, matching to the gray of the stone on the mosoleums and headstones, and fitting well with the nearly black grasses and scraggly trees that cover the area. But with the setting sun, the sky lights afire, turning to a color like blood, and making the Grounds seems as though Hell has come forth to consume this land

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting The Pit
The Pit in the Dark Territory is similar to the other two that reside in the Earth and Fire nations. Here, the soil making its walls is almost as black as ink, and the shadows filling the chasm make it almost seem endless. This itself is not hard to believe, for no ones knows just what lies at the bottom, or if there is a bottom at all. Drop a rock, or a body, and you shall not hear it hit the bottom any time soon. The Elders whisper that this is a way to the underworld, that once you are beyond the reach of the light, you are spirited away into the world of Hell...

The city itself is like fire, buildings of beautiful reds, golds, and earthen colors springing up where none were before, just as they dissapear with the blink of an eye. You have to know just where your going, or your never going to get there...The streets wind and curve, forming beautiful patterns like that of a flame. One might notice a pattern in the streets and buildings if you look hard enough, but then again...a flame is rather unpredictable. The inhabitants also have the temper of a flame. One minute they are calm and docile, friendly to all, and the next they are raging and deadly. When they say dont play with fire...they mean it...

An endless stretch of burning sand, ever continuing as far as the eye can see. The sun's fire is unrelenting, and even at night the temperatures barely fall. In this vast, ever changing landscape even the sky seems to have a sandy tone, turning to a dull coppery orange where the sky meets the land in the distance. Heat radiates off of the burning ground with a suffocating intensity. One end leads into the trees of the Earth nation, and the other passes on into the tall grasses of the Fire territory.

No one quite knows when this fortress was built, for it has been around so long that it seemed to have sprung up from the lands itself. Built of stones red and brown in color, it is solid and strong, holding up well to the test of time. One of the few forests in the Fire lands surrounds this fortress, blending it into the land even more. Previously this fortress had been abandoned, for with the peace there was no need for war, but now with the unrest...Well lets just say the people seem a bit paranoid...

A circular rise in the land with a great dip in the center provides the land for the Areana. Gashes in the stone ring are the seats, and the deepest part of the center is where the fighting takes place. With the setting sun, as the light peaks over the edge of the stone ring, the areana seems to burn, the stone walls and ground lighitng up with a flaming red light. You can fight here for profit, or for vengance, as the floors are already stained with blood new and old. Mind your back..

In the Earth territory, the Pit is a sacred place. The dark brown soil that makes up its walls is the richest and most furtile of its kind. The entire Pit is surrounded by numerous trees and rare plants creating a natural enclosure. All the way down at the bottom is a small pool of water, but do not try to reach it, for you will never get back up. It is said that if you spend a few hours in meditation by the Pit, you might just be visited by the Spirt of Earth herself.

They usually keep to themselves, trading with the other territories only when necessary.

On the slope down the mountains you will find a thick dark forest of evergreens. The boughs of these trees are so thick, that barely any snow can find the ground, but for that which falls off the trees themselves. In here, one is sheltered from the wind and bitter cold, though temperatures are still on the colder side. All sorts of arctic creatures make there homes in this forest, sheltering themselves in the trees and below ground, or in small dens made of branches and dirt.

Standing on any side of the barge, if one were to stare towards the opposite side, you would see a large pointing spike coming up from the center of the city. The Spire. No one quite knows the purpose or origin of this Spire, but it has been there for as long as any can remember. Rungs and holes along the surface allow civilians to climb up to a small circular ledge several hundred feet off the ground.
