Walking on Water, **third generation RP**

Plot: An unmapped island was recently discovered, & upon investigating it, was life found on that island. The further into the island one went, the more signs of life you would see. This lost island is Atlantis, & a lost civilazation is thriving there. However, there's been many a crime spree here, & the locals must do something to keep it under control. Atlantis Titans was formed. For years they kept Atlantis' crime rates down by a landshot, but after the Titans grew up & spilt, Atlantis once again had crime rates rocket. Nearly 30 years later, a few outsiders decide to reform the group, & hopefully make it better.

Rules:
Grandchildren of the original Teen Titans are allowed, as well as oc NGs.

No more than two characters, please.

No goddmodling! If you have a super-strong oc, than please level it out with a good weakness just as strong. (IE: the whole Superman & kyrptonite type weakness ain't gonna cut it)
