Our viewership doesn't seem to have increased much since the site conversion. And frankly, the lack of interest is responsible for my lack of motivation to get all the pages converted. The site's domain and hosting expires on December 31. I was considering transferring all of the site's articles into a blog (a much easier process than converting everything to new code) and seeing where we go from there. If the site becomes more popular in a blog format (similar to g0g's FRD blog, only with more articles and other features). Comments?

Making it into a blog is definitely a good idea. I think you should try it, there's no harm in doing it, anyway.

Yeah. I'm not sure what I'll do with the downloads section yet. I think I'll keep the forum though.

Keep the downloads available in some format. I like them. The sites activity may pick up more when we start learning more about TS4 than just Jo Beth Casey being in it...

Yeah, I planned on keeping the Downloads hosted, as they seem to be this site's biggest draw. I'll keep a few pages up, but for the most part it's just too difficult for one person to maintain. If I could trust someone to be a full-time co-webmaster with me I might try to give it another shot in this format, but there doesn't seem to be much interest.

I finally had some down time from the college work, but when I came to the site I was surprised to find out the site is going to close (not completely as it will remain as an archive). I was a bit disappointed because I like the content here. How does everyone feel about this? I know that I am keeping all my links up that link here on my site. Just because the site is an archive doesn't mean I will be removing them. I am willing to host anything new that Drifting may create as well because he has interesting content.

Thanks MMJ. Someone proposed an interesting idea to me. I could contact JxFlipside and ask about combining the content of the 2 sites into one massive resource. I like the idea, but it's a colossal undertaking. I'd need at least 2 or 3 people skilled in HTML to help me.

So, the site's dead. It's a shame too, because I just found some cool information on the artists of TimeSplitters 2. Oh well.

I really wish I could contribute some of this material to a TS website (not the TS Wiki, mind you). It feels like such a waste for it to just be gathering dust on my hard drive.

Surely there'd be someone on the musicbox willing to take it off your hands, wouldn't there? Was this literally the last TS site?

No one seemed interested when I mentioned the idea. Besides TSMB, TS4.net and the TS Wiki, there are no TS sites left, and with FRD in administration, the future looks bleak.

My site isn't strictly TimeSplitters but it does have a bit of a focus for TimeSplitters. If you would like to write your articles, I could host them for you. I have a proposition for you. I will PM it though.
