As a current Holy Roman Emperor, I have authority and responsibility within the kingdoms of The Holy Roman Empire. I feel that The Holy Roman Empire is a federation of kingdoms, united under the church, and united in peace. I would like to make this peace clear by getting all the leaders of Kingdoms with the almighty connection with this Empire to sign a MDP. The Holy Roman Empire could be like a safety blanket over Catholic Europe.

Current Kingdoms under the Holy Roman Empire or with similar connections are listed below, you are asked to sign this MDP.

- Hungary
- Austria
- Prussia
- Prussian Occupied Lands (2/3 of Poland)


All leaders of these lands will become Holy Roman Emperors.

Any other suggestions would be great.

We request all nations partial to the Ottoman Empire to not sign this alliance. For in doing such would become at odds with the Ottoman Empire and it's allies.

What is the reason for this statement from the Ottoman Empire? How does this alliance threaten your Empire? Once signed our nations will be able to trade with your Arab peoples in a more unified voice.

The Ottoman Empire for years has tried to get along with Christian nations, we have been successful on an individual bases, but to combine them all into one alliance will create a large unit of Christian nations together making it harder to deal.

We ask, why have you prclaimed yourself as The Holy Roman Emperor, if we are not mistaken Francis I is stilll the Holy Roman emperor. And we are happy that you have liberated your crown from Maria Theresa though we hope no harm has come to your mother.

We want peace with the Muslims of The Ottoman Empire, My Administration is currently taking steps towards more freedom for Arabs and Muslims in Hungary and Bohemia. We want peace, no religious wars.

We hope your defence treaty will help stablize Europe, but we worry about the protect of the Eastern Orthodox Church in Poland. Poland has traditionally been a meeting point for the two churches and we hope it will stay that way and not become a religious war region.
