That's what I'd like to fucking know! Apparently, someone outed us to the Ministry. And, last I checked, I wasn't in charge of recruiting - you were. So, why don't you check out some of the people you've dragged in recently and torture the truth out of them? Because I was almost fucking caught. You think I want to go to Azkaban? Been there, done that. Not interested.

And, now I'm out of a school to manage. They swarmed my office, Evan. I could have been killed. I want to know who betrayed us. And I want to kill them, myself.

well, obviously. I gathered that myself. hey, hey, hey, wait a minute. I've recruited maybe twenty kids since the whole Paige Waters disaster. besides, I put you in charge of the school! you obviously weren't paying enough attention. maybe it was one of the staff.

I'm not going to risk anything else, not right now, so you're going to be out of a job for a while.

if you find them before I do, be my guest. but if I find them, I can promise you they won't be in one piece by the time I'm finished with them.

Let's concede to the idea that neither one of us is blameless. I've been doing everything I can for this school for the past few years. If New Order scum seeped through the cracks, then that means they fooled both of us. You've met all of the new hires I've made. You know all of the staff. I've checked all of the students. Hell, I nearly brain damaged Willow Lestrange when I discovered she was working undercover as a professor. Conned Trenton Malfoy into hitting Dumbledore with the Cruciatus Curse. I feel I've proven my loyalty to this cause and that school time and time again. I will not take the full blame for this.

Our students are being sent to Hogwarts, unfortunately. Which just means we're going to have to set-up training nights somewhere in Hogsmeade or Atroxium. The staff will inevitably be keeping a close watch on them all for now, but in the future, we'll need to plan excursions so Hogwarts does not completely taint their true education. I don't mind being unemployed for now. I will devote my services completely to the cause. But, if you need someone to work out the details of these off-campus sessions, send word. I'll work out the kinks and make sure our students still receive the proper induction into the Followers that our army desperately needs.
