ATTITUDE. Tinsley was little miss popularity back at school, however, that didn't mean that she didn't take her studies seriously. On the contrary, she was a very conscientious student. A perfectionist at heart, there was never a moment in time when she allowed her grades to slip. She was rarely ever late or truant to class. She was an attentive, hard-working student, who placed school as her first priority at all times. Tinsley was one of the few who actually enjoyed school. She had a number of friends and was an extremely active learner.
GRADES. Excellent. Tinsley was always something of an over-achiever. She never settled for anything less than the best. She'd have easily made Head Girl had there not been so many contenders for the badge. She graduated amongst a highly competitive class. However, she was in the top percentile when everything was said and done, as was expected.
EMPLOYMENT. Junior Undersecretary to the Minister.
PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT. Intern in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement.
SPECIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE. Tinsley is an extremely charming woman. Her oratory skills are superb, not to mention the fact that she has an eye for detail. She's a perfectionist and, thus, never does anything half-assed. She's easily capable of winning others over with her bright smile and evident work ethic.

EYE DETAILS. Tinsley hates her eyes. She does everything she can to dress them up with make-up, but no matter what, she always feels semi self-conscious about them. She knows they're not awful, by any means, but they're just like everyone else's in her family. Brown. Boring. Plain. She's attempted to change her eye color using a variety of different beauty charms she'd picked up over the years, but the pale hues never looked right against her complexion.
HAIR DETAILS. Tinsley has a thick mane of voluminous brown hair. She's actually very blessed in the hair department. She's got just the right amount of curl to her hair that she doesn't need to do much to it, but doesn't have the whole 'frizz' problem, either.
HEIGHT / WEIGHT Like many of the other Sharpe family members, Tinsley wasn't exactly blessed with height. She stands at 5'5", which is at least taller than Dodger. She weighs roughly 120 lbs.
BUILD. Tinsley was blessed with a naturally thin figure. She doesn't have to work hard to maintain, but works out to keep muscle tone.
STYLE. Tinsley has a very clean-cut image. She's very fashionable, but is also a huge believer in class over trash. Sometimes she'll wear edgier pieces, but typically, she likes professional, simple clothing, since she doesn't need anything flashy in order to stand out.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES. Scar on her left knee from when she and Dodger got into an all-out fist fight as kids. It was not pretty. There was a lot of hair-pulling and pushing and screaming. Tinsley's pretty sure her mother began seeing a therapist regularly after that particular occasion.

BOGGART. There's nothing Tinsley fears more than failure. She doesn't want to wind up living on the streets in a cardboard box, selling herself for money. The idea of hitting rock bottom terrifies her.
ERISED. Selfishly, Tinsley wants to attain success at the Ministry. She hopes to someday become the head of a department (ideally, the department of magical law enforcement) or a judge upon the wizengamot. She wants a job that actually matters. She wants something challenging, honorable, and reputable. Her greatest desire is to settle into a job she's happy with and proud of.
PATRONUS. A red fox, which is both graceful and sly, similar to Tinsley, herself.
DEMENTOR. Experiencing her parents' divorce. It was a tough time on everyone in the family. While they had never really been close-knit, it was difficult to accept the fact that they, the Sharpes, were becoming just another statistic.

OVERALL PERSONALITY. Tinsley Sharpe does not fall into any one particular category. She's a flawed woman and has been known to rub some the wrong way, primarily her younger sister, Dodger. Having always been the prodigal daughter, Tinsley was an over-achiever, constantly attempting to maintain such a status. She's relatively neurotic when it comes to being accepted by others. Success is a priority in her life. She tends to get a bit overzealous when faced with competition. While at school, this side of her was much more prominent, as she had several different students to compete with in terms of grades and reputation. She does everything she can to appear to have it all together. Any minor flaws tend to get swept under the rug. Maintaining a respectable appearance is of the utmost importance. Her reputation is essential in her line of work at the Ministry. She worked her way up through use of charm, status, and god-given talent. She outshone other interns and attained the position of Junior Undersecretary to the Minister of Magic in demonstrating her excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
There are few things in the world that Tinsley allows to get under her skin. She hates feeling vulnerable and oftentimes masks her true emotions to save face before others. It's important to her to feel strong and independent. She hates relying on others, but needs their acceptance and approval to feel secure in her own decisions. In the eyes of others, however, Tinsley can be a ruthless, cold-hearted bitch when need be. She's highly goal-oriented and terrified of living a mediocre life. Despite her somewhat abrasive personality, Tinsley does know how to manipulate others. She's perfected the art of flattery during her time at Hogwarts and now utilizes such at the Ministry. She's good at getting what she wants. She knows how to butter up the right people. But, she also knows how to bring them down. While she's not typically mean-spirited, she is ambitious and is physically incapable of settling for second best.
Tinsley is just not the type of girl who is used to hearing 'no.' She likes getting what she wants and is not afraid to go after her goals. One of the few indulgences she allows herself comes in the form of retail therapy. She loves to shop. Always has, most likely always will. Fashion interests her. It's not a practical career path, however, thus she never pursued it. She always envisioned herself as a serious worker. Modeling and designing clothes, though interesting, was just not a suitable career choice for her. She tries to keep up-to-date on all of the latest trends through magazines and such, but typically shops simply to relieve herself of stress. However, even with the nicest clothes in the world, it doesn't make feigning perfection any easier.
Tinsley's job as Junior Undersecretary means the world to her. She worked hard to attain the position. And, while it's not the most challenging, she certainly does her best to keep busy. She hopes that the position will open up more opportunities for her in the future. She hopes to acquire more contacts and to receive good recommendations from those she works with in order to receive her pick of jobs within the Ministry. Ideally, she'd like to work in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement as a Judge or Department Head. However, she's got a long ways to go until then.

OVERALL HISTORY. Tinsley doesn't particularly like reminiscing back to her childhood. Sure, she was constantly praised by her parents and encouraged to pursue her dreams, but there are several aspects of her younger years that still haunt her. For one thing, her parents happen to be the ones who instilled a fear of failure in her mind. Witnessing the collapse of their marriage inspired Tinsley to work harder at her every endeavor. She never wanted to fail and inflict the sort of pain and confusion upon others that her parents inflicted upon her and her sisters. The divorce was a difficult time for all of them. While Tinsley, Dodger, and Blair were never the closest of sisters, they all were undeniably impacted by their parents' separation.
Dealing with Dodger Sharpe happens to be another reason she tends to block out her memories from her youth. She and Dodger never got along. But, after the divorce, everything escalated. Tinsley went out of her way to steal away even more of their parents' attention and Dodger went out of her way to rebel against them. The two were always at one another's throats. There was always a power struggle between them. There was just not enough room in one house for two power-hungry, strong-willed women such as themselves. Her youngest sister, Blair, was always caught between the two of them, attempting to mediate. Blair's easily the one with the most level temper. Unlike her sisters, it's takes a lot to upset her. She's much more introverted. While Tinsley tends to mask her feelings by covering them with abrasive words, Blair simply kept to herself.
Gaining the acceptance and approval of her parents was always extremely important to Tinsley. And, while she did receive their attention, she felt the need to go above and beyond at all times. No praise she received was ever enough. With three intelligent girls in the family, it became something of a challenge to Tinsley to remain 'the golden child.' And, to this day, she still feels the need to write her parents and inform them of her accomplishments. She knows it irritates her sister and that Dodger has come to view her as a pretentious snob. Yet, Tinsley can't help it, even when she knows what she's doing or saying may step on others' toes. Her perfectionist behavior has become second nature.
