Today we will be making this:

first, we take THIS picture and paste it on a 100x100 sized canvas after resizing it respectivly. you should have something like this:
next, we start on the coloring. add a new layer and fill it with 9ac9c8, setting it on Burn at 66%. then create a new layer and fill it with e9967a, also on burn, 35% . then, duplicate the original photo and pull the layer up to the top and set it on Hue. it may not look like much of a change, but it gives it a little more blue-ish look to the green. flatten/merge layers. then, go to colors>brightness/contrast, and set it on -27, -21. duplicate the layer and set it on addition, 43%. add some text if you want to( i used Serif Bold Italic in black, put freedom and set it on normal 58%., and save
