I love to cook, as does my wife. I thought I would share some American goodies.
This one I my wife and I made up, but I've seen similar elsewhere.
Cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, can use other parts. Breaded chicken is exceptional.
Franks hot sauce. There are others, but Franks is the best.
French loaf or rolls. Sourdough is good too.
a few slices of Cheese, mozzarella, provolone or your choice.
Ranch dressing, optional.
Heat up the broiler in your oven.
Dice or shred the chicken. Coat the chicken with a liberal amount of Franks. Warm up the chicken, microwave or pan. Slice the loaf or rolls down the side. Open up the bread and place on a oven tray. Spread the chicken on Bread and put cheese on top of that. Leave open faced. Toast in the broiler till cheese is melted and a light golden brown. Drizzle on some Ranch or leave in a bowl for dunking.
Not too much fat, chicken isn't breaded and depends on the cheese. A little sodium in the Franks.
