I think you have misinterpreted my attitude. I am not in the least interested in working in large bases. I am here for the dozenal studies.
I was merely commenting. The only mixed basis I have come across are the Indian (Rupee/anna etc) and the British pre-decimal; and they are both history.
Perhaps I should not have 'butted in'?

Well I have no problem with that attitude of course. Quite refreshing, actually. So please reinterpret my comment as directed at the entire membership here, anyone actually interested in large bases.
