I will post the effects of the Paint Brushes here because Some of the Paints alter the Pokémon's Stats as well.

Albino Paint Brush: (rare) This paint turns your Pokémon albino, with white skin or fur and red eyes. It also Raises that Pokémon's Sp. Defence by a little bit.

Angelic Paint Brush: (very rare) Turns your Pokémon into an angel. Giving it wings and a halo. It Raises your Pokémon's Sp. Defence and Defence by a little bit.

Baby Paint Brush: (ultra rare) Turns your Pokémon into a baby! It also gives your pokémon the ability Adorable which Lowers the foe's attack and Special attack by half.

Black Paint Brush: (common) This Paint Turns your Pokémon black. It has no other advantages or disavantages.

Blue Paint Brush : (common) This Paint turns your Pokémon blue. It can turn Pokémon diffrent colors of blue, but it has no other advantages or disadvantages.

Chrome Paint Brush: (semi-rare) Turns your Pokémon chrome. It also Raises your Pokémon's Defensive powers.

Cool Paint Brush: (ultra rare) This paint paints your Pokémon Crimson and raises the Pokémon's Speed by a little bit.

Camo Paint Brush: (common) This paint gives your Pokémon a camoflauge pattern. It effectivly Raises Speed and Evasivness by quite a bit.

Dark Paint Brush: (common) This Paint turns your Pokémon dark. It raises the Pokémon's Attack power by a little bit.

Demonic Paint Brush: (very rare) Gives your Pokémon Evil wings and paints it dark red giving it an aura as well. This paint also raises the Sp. Attack of sed Pokémon by a little bit.

Evil Paint Brush: (rare) Gives your Pokémon an evil Aura. It also Raises Sp. Attack by a TINY bit.

Faerie Paint Brush: (ultra rare) This turns your Pokémon into a Faerie! It also Raises 3 chosen Stats by a little bit.

Fire Paint Brush: (rare) This Pokémon gives your Pokémon a flame pattern. It raises a Pokémon's body temperature so it is hot to the touch. It also raises HP by a bit.

Gold Paint Brush: (very rare) This Paint is Excessivly powerful. Golden Pokémon Get a Stat boost in Every Stat. It also Paints your Pokémon gold in color ( :P Obviously..).

Halloween Paint Brush: (very rare) This paint makes your pokemon halloween! Scare your friends with a freaky pokémon! This paint also grants the ability Intimadate!

Ice Paint Brush: (retired -Ultra rare) This paint turns your pokemon to ice. It also grants the user the ability Sub-Zero. Whenever the foe attacks it has a 20% chance of freezing the foe!

Lunar Paint Brush: (very rare) This Paint is really quite rare. It paints your pokémon lunar! It also grants your pokémon the Move Moonlight!

Pink Paint Brush: (common) This paint colors your Pokémon pink. It has no other advantages or disadvantages.

Purple Paint Brush: (common) This Paint colors your Pokémon purple. It has no other advantages or disadvantages.

Riches Paint Brush: (ultra rare) This paintbrush is golden! It paints your pokemon silver and gold! It also upgrades your pokemon's Stamina. It can take more damage!

RWB Paint Brush: (very rare) This Paintbrush may be red,white,and blue but it can change your pokemon to the color of any country's flag! But that is about all it does

Shadow Paint Brush: (ultra rare) This Paint turns your Pokémon into a Shadow Pokémon. But it also takes away 2 happiness when used. It raises your Pokémon's Attack power by quite a bit.

Shiny Paint Brush: (retired) This paintbrush paints your pokemon shiny! But that is about all it does.

Solar Paint Brush: (very rare) This Paint turns your Pokémon solar! It also grants your pokémon the recovery move Morning Sun!
