Divine Requesting Rules

001 Please be serious with your requests.
002 Be kind and patience.
003 Don't be pushy.
004 Always have respect for the designer.
005 Don't request too much at one time.
006 Say thanks and always pick up your requests.
007 Do not try and steal our designers by asking them to join your forum/site.
008 If a designer is taking to long on your request you can PM or EMAIL them if they didn't forget about your request.
009 You're aloud to report a designer if they fail to finish your request and you already PMED or EMAILED them and didn't get a respond within one week.
