Whatever You Want! Technically Whatever Power There Is Can Be Minor Depending On It's Level! So Like... The Ability To Make Water/Fire/Electricity "Appear", As Long As It's At An Almost Unnoticeable Level, Is Acceptable :D

My Buddy Silver Has His Character Have The Ability To Sense When Someone Has Used Their Power Recently In An Area, I'm Thinking Of Sticking LaVon In Here And Giving Her The Power To Create Either Small Explosions (Pfff) Or Fire (I Love Fire Obviously). I Am Gonna Give Myself A Little More Time To Choose A Power For Her Though.

I May Also Sneak In Another Character (Feel Free To Have More Than One :] )

And Just A Tad, The Powers May Or May Not Develop More But Mostly The Superpowers Are Toned Down Unless You're Like... Super Special And Get A Large Amount Of Power (You'd Have To Talk It Out With Me If You Want A Super Special Power But Mostly This Is Like... Not Possible). I'm Not Sure If The Powers Are Granted Or Attained At Birth... :u What Do You Guys Think....

Yeah, for the sake of making sense and not being overpowered I'll think of like...a strain of power to give whoever I use. Plus it makes it more fair and believable, which is always a bonus!

I think...powers can be brought out from birth. Honestly, Tiger and Bunny (the NEXT) keep coming to mind! Their powers, for the most part, aren't overly ridiculous and yet they can still be heroes. Some just might realize their powers later than others?

I don't think anyone knows their character perfectly when conceptualizing them. I'd like to say not to be afraid to make a character and test a power out in RP. If you find that it's too much or too little then rework it for the next encounter so that you feel more comfortable and that everyone has more fun.

Take artistic liberties too! Powers are allowed to change not only over time but from scene to scene to make the story more fun and everything more dramatic. A great flame in one scene may be an insignificant spark in another both for the protagonists and antagonists.

Sorry! The Super Powers Are Very Limited In Their Actual Ability, Almost Like They Aren't There, Someone Could Go Their Entire Life In This Verse Without Ever Realizing Their Abilities Because They Could Easily Be Attributed To Something Else

Like Electricity Spark Was Just From A Malfunctioning Radio/Lightbulb Or A Small Flame Was Just An Ember Jumping Out Of A Fireplace, Etc

Most Powers In This Verse Will Probably Be Either Extremely Limited For Use Only If Certain Requirements Are Met (Water Abilities Can't Be Used Without Moisture, Fire Without Source Of Heat, Etc) But Most Powers Are Actually Rather Tame Or If They Aren't Are Only Helpful If You Are Of A Particular Trade (A Detective With A Very Keen "6th Sense" That Ends Up Being The Power To Sense Deception Or Something, For Example)

Elemental Abilities Are Actually Rather Rare Or Not Present At All Since They Are More Obvious, It's Usually Psychic Abilities That Are Present :0
