The snows of the Tundra were known to kill a grown troll in a matter of hours if you were caught in a storm unprepared. Killing ice that seeped into your bones, like claws, scratching their way into your lungs with each breath full of air. But the area was still home to a bustling Hive network, nestled in the dark trees, which was perfect for hiding fugitives and more.
But a wayward target, hidden in the trees is enough to lure a lot of Hunters, and they come in many shapes and many forms. The snowy world held many secrets. -------------------- Veni Vidi Vici

The Mercenary who's name was whispered across the world in snarled or hushed tones had found themselves here, in this snowy environment, searching for a mark that surely lurked in the trees.
It was cold and Shadowblaze looked unfazed by the weather, their boots digging into the snow and their weapon held upright as if it was a harmless walking stick. But Shadowblaze was not here to enjoy the scenery, and all too quickly their mark was within their grasps. Even in the tundra a flame can ignite and spread, and Shadowblaze had no qualms about setting an entire hive ablaze to get to the honey within. Smoke and fire and a scream and a blur, and Shadowblaze was running, chasing after their mark into the snowfall that was slowly becoming a storm.... -------------------- Could You Believe The Same Old Story? Though I've Heard It All Before~ |
