Simple step-by-step guide:

1. In the game press the button [Print Screen] that its above the home button.
2. Open the directory where you have Silkroad installed.
3. Click on the folder named screenshots.
4. Look for the screenshot you want and rename it to something you will recognize.
5. Open imageshack.us and click browse.
6. Look for the picture you had renamed earlier on and press Okay.
7. Press Host it!
8. Scroll down to the bottom and copy direct link to image.
9. Come on the forum and post a message.
10. Press the IMG button and paste the URL of the image in the box that opens up.
11. Press OK and voila!
