Which rank will be able to use it: i dont know im like naruto i dont do the thinking

How long until you learn it: if you know how to uss the kage bushin and the rasengan you can uss it after a litel more traning

Describe it a little: you creat a clone but it isint a ordenairy clon cos if you get hit or toutch by it the clone desspears and you get hit by a rasengan that is heden on the inside of the clone
