1. ok go in to the Admin Cp
2. Enter you user name a password (you might not need to do this)
3. on the left hand side in the box Users and Groups click on 'Find/Edit/Suspend User'
4. Enter the name of the person you want to give mod in to Member Quick Search
5. When the name comes up click on 'Edit Details'

Now You will only need to edit do fields here
Member Group and forum permission mask

select the group 'Moderator' and select the forum permission mask as Moderator scroll down press the done button and YOUR DONE that person will have mod rights
