Every so often you must participate in the Carnival Corpse. A challenge, a battle, between two Deadmen. The winner receives 1 million CP and a candy. The loser (if they’re still alive) must donate a part of their body to experimentation. The part is determined via slot machine, and the event is broadcast as the “So Sad, Too Bad” Show for all in the G Ward to see.

The tiers show how likely something is to be selected. High tiers are less likely, low tiers are more likely. Each thing can only be done once. So, the more times you lose, the shorter the list gets, the more likely you're going to lose something important.
Vital organs are not removed completely, they leave just enough for you to survive. That's the only reason they can be on the list.
