Her name is Shae, she's 17 years old and a Ravenclaw. He's closest to her than he is their other sister for some reason unbeknownst to him. He's just always found himself drawn to Shae. When they were kids (7, 6 and 5, respectively), Shae killed their mother (an accident) by pushing her down the stairs. It wasn't a vicious killing. Their mother went after Shae with a knife and Shae just reacted in order to try to save herself.

Shae is quiet, composed, extremely wise beyond her years, very good at diverting attention from herself and completely self sacrificing. She hates being in the spotlight and the center of everyone's attentions and would rather be a fly on the wall. Shae has this uncanny ability to see the best in absolutely everyone and doesn't judge people by their reputations.

She resents Shae and Chase's relationship to an extent, because they're closer then she is with either one of them. She is sixteen and a sixth year. She can be a Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff or Gryffindor, though it would make sense if she wasn't a Ravenclaw (since both Chace and Shae are). When Shae killed their mother, Charlie had taken Chace into a downstairs closet and hid there with him while Shae took the attention off of them and onto herself.

Charlie is loyal, somewhat self loathing, bitter and can hold a grudge. Like her other siblings, she is wise beyond her years but it is hard for her to overcome certain things because she is stubborn.
