United Nations Building
The flags flying represent a number of nations gathered to discuss international matters of all kinds. While the wind blows, the sun shines, and the water keeps rolling along, there are also constant changes going on throughout the world. The newsmedia is abuzz with word of something happening at this historic location. On the front steps of the United Nations rests a podium in front of several television camera and seated members of the press. They wait with bated breath and anticipation as one of the Charter members of the Crusaders exits the building and makes his way to the podium. Dressed impeccably, his name is Obadiah Reliance and most know him as the former field operative under the codename of Obedience.
"Ladies and gentlemen of the world! Today is a day of both birth and change! Today is the day that the Crusaders announce to the world that there will be some new aspects to the Organization! Today is the day we make ourselves more prepared to keep this planet and its inhabitants safe! Today is a day of growth!" He paused to look over those assembled and leaned forward to speak more clearly into the microphones before him. The excitement and enthusiasm in his voice both emphatic and contagious. One could even say his eyes seemed to sparkle.
"Today, ladies and gentlemen, we usher in a new sense of growth, of change, and of hope! ... As of today, the Crusaders have decided to no longer field a single team under the banner of the name of Bravo. As of today, the Crusaders are proud to announce, there will be two separate teams carrying the name of Bravo! These two teams will be placed in certain locations around this planet, and in the future, we look to open more branch offices across globe to help the people of this planet lead safer lives.
"These Bravo teams will work out of new regional offices so we can handle the emergency needs of this planet - more quickly, more efficiently. Today, new members of the Crusaders will be reporting to locations in Los Angeles and Zurich to settle in and start responding to those threats that warrant their necessity. These teams will be guided by the remnants of the original Bravo team and joined by those who are graduating from our Training Center.
"In the future, we plan to open regional offices in or near those hotspots on this planet that warrant them the most. While we may be creating these new teams, that in no way diminishes the impact of our original teams and what they will be doing. To date, we've had over ten thousand applicants for our Training Center. Our entrance requirements are stiff and our training rigorous. We expect the best from our graduates and so should you. Thank you very much!
