Located on a couple of acres of land, the Regional Base for the Crusaders acts as not just the office but also the home for the team stationed within its walls.
Basic Layout
Ground Floor: Living areas (living room, full kitchen, recreation room w/TV, DVD, stereo, pool table), a half bath (toilet & sink), weight room, 3 car garage w/1 maintenance bay, indoor pool, conference room/dining area (for regular meetings w/guests), stairs to the second floor, concealed stairwell to basement, concealed elevator to all floors
Second Floor: 9 bedrooms (7 team member & 2 guest rooms - furnished w/closet, dresser, queen sized bed), 2 community bathrooms, walk around balcony w/deck chairs, Team Leader's bedroom and a Charter Member's bedroom (each furnished w/closet, dresser, desk, queen sized bed, communications console, bathroom w/sink, toilet, tub/shower). NPC onsite tech has their own room (furnished w/closet, dresser, queen sized bed and bathroom w/sink, toilet, bathtub/shower)
Rooftop: Helipad, Sensors/Satellite Array
Basement: medical suite (for up to 2 patients), 3 labs (undefined), war room (for planning, team meetings, etc), communications & security center including data analysis, equipment locker, Training Center, stairwell to Sub-Basement
Sub-Basement: Engineering (Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical), Computer Servers, Boat Launch (if next to water)
Exterior: jacuzzi (heatable, ground floor), exterior parking holds 8 cars, patio area including grill
