Ok so, posting about an anime convention... the fact that it's the one in Connecticut seems trivial, I know. Actually though, it's a really great con. If you live in the northeast and haven't been there yet, you are missing out.
BUT.
That's not really the reason I am posting this whole thing right now. You see... Kink-Link5 finally got to fly 1000 miles over here, and attended the con with me. In fact, as I type this he is staying in a hotel about... 40 minutes from where I am now. But I can't see him for the rest of today, but probably tomorrow or the next day. He's leaving Wednesday, on that note.
So I'd like to share some photos with you all. Note these are not ALL the photos. These are what I have now. My friends have more, which they will email to me, and I will scour the interwebs for all the ones taken by other people for the next few weeks.
Yes, Kink and I cosplayed Umbreon and Espeon, a good choice, I think. This pic was the first ever taken of us together. I'm sure you can tell by the expressions too.

My friend Rachel went as a freaking Shoop Da Whoop. Seriously, win. This was taken at her house before we left, but SO many people stopped her to get her picture there too.

We went out to eat at a restaurant called Tanuki Noodle Kitchen today, it had very authentic (and delicious) Japanese food at REALLY great prices.

So like I said, there will be more pictures when I get them. I wanted to share this with you all because I think it is very special. I wish I could say more, but I am so excited right now!
