 Reed Richards' history?

What history would you need for Reed Richards to follow? The Ultimate or the 616 version? Most of his bio and his personality in my versions I've played of him in the past follows the 616 version, which is what I prefer, but if you'd rather his history follow the Ultimate version, that is fine. His powers are of course the same in both universes...the only thing that differs is the way he acquired them.

According to what universe his history stems from, I may/may not have to change my PB, which is why I was wanting to know. Thanks!

EDIT: I did read about other Marvel characters in this game verse and how they would be treated like their Ultimate selves. So it would stand to reason that his history would be the Ultimate version, I'm guessing.

I don't believe it says anywhere that the history would be treated like their ultimate counterparts I believe it says something along the lines of they could possible be younger like their ultimate counterparts are.

As far as reed goes we actually encourage a mixing of them since we use elements of 616, ultimate, and a few other versions of marvel and all. We encourage that people use parts of each canon as well as mix in a little bit of their own twists that would make it flow together and fit onto the board. This way people stick to 'canon' for them but also have a degree of originality that they can also add to the character within reason such as reed wouldn't have been a jock or something in school as thats not reed. An example would me something like making how he got his powers like ultimate and making him younger like he is in there but filling in his history with things from 616 to build him up or something of the like.

That's how I read and interpreted the information, that it would be a little like Ultimate...I'm glad things were clarified. So it's going to be like Ultimate and 616 both, and a bit of originality? That is good. Reed is my favorite character and I want to make sure that I will be able to do his application correctly.

Conclusions Manifest is an AU RP based off of the Marvel Universe taking bits from a few different ones. There are many familiar settings and character that will be within but also new enemies, factions, situations, as well as direction of the over all plot itself. We'd like to remind everyone that although we don't believe in rating a board we do expect a level of quality posts of moderate sizes from our members.
