GRAND BALLROOM Not exactly the most used room in the mansion but it is still maintained. Its larger and glamorous design causes it to rival many of those created for upper class members.

OBSERVATION DECK Only the stairs are on the second floor as this room makes up the third floor itself. The Observation deck opens up to reveal the stars at night time and is generally an X-Men only area however students have been known to sneak for a peek every now and then.

STUDIES Slightly smaller versions of the lounges downstairs. They do not have any of the pool tables, TVs, and gaming systems but instead book shelves and comfortable seating. A large fireplace is aligned against a wall in all three of the studies.

XAVIER'S OFFICE Not exactly a place many want to find themselves in. Xavier has an open door policy but most of the time those that enter this room aren't there because they want to talk.

Although the days are hot the strong breeze that blows allows many to survive it. With the weather being perfect for outdoor activities many find themselves doing just that.
