MANSION GROUNDS
The mansion turned school is unusually large competing with many colleges in terms of size. Just as impressive as the school itself are the areas that surround it making it a rather unique location as its surround by a forest, a sand garden, and plains.

Nearly identical but slightly larger than the first. The second floor holds more of the expensive decorations of the mansion as well as many of the offices and public event rooms.

ROOFTOP
Strangly enough, most of the roof is cemented and made as a walk way large enough to hold at least one whole class. A statue rest on the northern end looking over the entrance and around it are four benches in a diamond formation.

BASEMENT
Looking nearly identical to any other floor the basement is the last stop before discovering the lower level. Most of its rooms are design to help the abilities mutants while cleverly disguised has normal rooms.

EXTERTIOR
The Institute is only filled with unusual sights inside of the buildings themselves but in the surrounding areas as well. Even though a degree of the surrounding area can be thought of as natural there is always the possibility that the always crystal clear lake, almost always green forest and even flat plains are some how maintained or created through other means.

The dormitories for male students are located in a building with four floors on the northwest side of the grounds. It size is slightly bigger than the of a normal college dormitory but it comes complete with showers and a gym. All students must be in their rooms after curfew and lights out at 10pm.

HELL'S KITCHEN
Little Italy is a neighborhood that is very much like Chinatown in that it is mostly populated and designed by Italians. Most people tend to only visit and be in and out not with out staying to long. Hell's Kitchen takes up the space roughly between 34th Street and 59th Street, from 8th Avenue and all the way to Hudson River. Since the neighborhood was introduced it has been notorious for gang activity and other such crime even putting Little Italy to shame and all controlled by The Kingpin.nting to attract any attention from the mob that operate within.

Many of their older tunnels still stand and although not used or open to the public there are some people living within as well as 'activities' taking place. Many of them however are sealed off and if explored can lead to a group called The Morlocks.

STARK TOWER
Aside from lavish living quarters the Tower has technical labs, medical labs, an armory, state-of-the-art gym, Iron Man's 'Hall of Armour', and a Hanger bay. The top three floors have been designed as Stark's personal home and office.

BAXTER BUILDING
The Baxter Building is a one hundred story building of advanced composites, concrete, and glass, designed to Richards' specifications. The top section was built to show the numeral four on each side. Of the one hundred floors, the top fifty belong to the team, while the bottom fifty belong to the former tenants of the Baxter Building and minor businesses. There are also fifteen sub levels of which floors five and below are only for the Fantastic Four.

AVENGERS MANSION
This three-story townhouse was originally built in 1932 by industrialist Howard Stark as his Manhattan residence. It was eventually donated by Stark's son, Tony Stark through the charitable Maria Stark Foundation. The mansion serves as the base for the Avengers, providing housing, training, and medical facilities for the members as well as storing various equipment.

Located on a smaller island that is still connected to Ryker's The Raft is meant to keep even some of the best super powered criminals locked up using an energy field to disable anyone's powers and maintain the safety of the guards.

Although common for a Canadian site, heavy snow and a thick forest have over taken the ruins of a compound that was once used as a government research facility for a secret program. There is an abandoned dam located not to far away from the compound or at least, its believed to be abandoned.

The Savage Land is a hidden prehistoric land within the Antarctic. It is a tropical reserve of unknown origin. There is a citadel with advanced technology standing at the part of the land which blocks the use of any mutant abilities through out much of the land. Other than this, much of the land remains untamed and devoid of technology leaving its other citizens in an era identical to prehistoric earth complete with the wildlife.
