Seio can be thought of as the embodiment and incarnation of wind itself. As such he has very powerful wind magic at his disposal.

2 Bracers that can transform into a multitude of items for Seio to use. He got these from an old friend.
A leather strap that is chained to his arm by a metal brace. A series of chains dangle of it with a silver feather on the end. The feather stretches out to point out people with great amounts of magical energy.
Notebook with every student’s name and basic info inside it. It is enchanted to automatically update once a new student enrolls.

Abilities:
Wind Magic (Lv.5): Seio, as spirit of wind, is a master of wind magic and is able to do manipulate the air and wind in almost any way he wishes. It also allows Seio to fly through manipulation of the air.

Incredible Dexterity: Seio is able to confiscate items from students without them noticing. Seio can move as quickly as the wind as well. His incredible dexterity also allows him to leap great heights without much effort, even without the use of magic. All in all, this basically means Seio can perform great feats of dexterity.

Skilled Fighter: Seio has been around for a long time, not that he’ll say HOW long, but a for awhile. In the past, he once fought for the safety of his friend on a long journey. And he learned how to be a competent fighter as a consequence. Seio is skilled in both hand-to-hand and sword fighting. Seio uses these skills to calm down any fights that might arise in the school or help protect the school against any evil.

Knowledgeable: As stated before, Seio has been around for awhile. He once committed himself to reading the entire school library and has a good knowledge on most anything.

Essence of Wind: For short periods of time Seio can become the wind. But the only thing Seio uses this for is surprise people or to make cool entrances. XP

Personality: Seio is a goofy kind of guy and doesn’t take much seriously. More often than not, he is off chatting with students when he should actually be working. Almost nothing can annoy him or get him angry. But Seio does take his job seriously, just not in ways people expect. The reason he talks with all his students is to better understand them and to find out how to make the school better. Seio is also a really enthusiastic person and can sometimes be a little over the top.

Seio enjoys taking naps on the windy plain and cloudwatching. He also hates bitter things.

Physical Appearance: He has an average face, not too good-looking but not ugly. His eyes are of a bright silver-ish grey color and seem to smile. Seio always seems to have some form of grin or smile on his lips. His hair is colored silvery-white and is styled so it forms small spikes facing backwards. Seio is also around 6 foot give or take an inch. He is of average build, strong looking but not really muscly.
His usual outfit consists of a silver shirt that bunches up at the collar that sorta makes it look like a turtle neck. It’s actually just extra cloth that Seio can use to cover his nose and mouth to look like a ninja! On top of that he usually wears a black, suede-leather, short sleeve jacket that is decorated with pockets, both inside and out. His pants are just light colored pants, made of a loose material. He constantly wears his bracers on his arms and also wears matching leg guards over his pants, but they aren’t magical in anyway. He wears the leather strap and feather on his upper left arm.

History: Seio was born as a normal child to normal parents. And honestly, his childhood wasn’t very interesting in anyway. That’s not to say that it was boring, it just didn’t have anything truly worth talking about. And Seio realized this and accepted it, that might explain why he became the person he is now. (I.E.: Doing everything out of the ordinary and being kinda silly.) In any case, in a series of unfortunate events, Seio became wrapped up in crazy plot that even he would agree that was similar to a cheesy fantasy/adventure book.

To sum it all up, he found a girl on the streets. Whose father turned out to be planning to take over the world using the otherworldly power of a seemingly magical crystal locked in an asteroid. His daughter, the girl found on the streets (or more accurately, sleeping in a bush in the local park), had run away from home feeling that her father was too oppressive. However she did not know that she was actually a key component of her father’s plan as she was created by him to be able to control life and death. Thus he sent his minions out to find her and Seio and his friends got roped into the madness. In the end the world was saved and due to the power of the asteroid and the girl, Seio awoke as the spirit of wind. Incidentally, it was during this crazy adventure that he received his two bracers and magic sensing feather.

After this Seio wandered around and heard about Chrysalis High School through his various connections. He entered the school first as a teacher of wind magic and worked his way to where he is now! Strangely, Seio has never aged during his stay at Chrysalis and it was unknown how old he was before he entered the school. Some of the students and teachers who know his background assume that the girl whom he had helped had given the power of immortality. Others say it may be due to his nature as the spirit of wind.

Other:
The reason Seio has such high stats is because…well, he’s the principal! And he’s going to be the character to make sure none of the other characters get into trouble.
