Well, it starts out with Emily looking thought a window upstairs.
(Emily is Penney'a daughter which is 3 1/2 years old at that time. You don't find out the father until later.) Emily calls her mother, Penney (she is Prue's daughter, the youngest of her and Parker.
She is about 18 here) and tells her that she sees a strange guy in front of the manor being attacked by a demon. So, Penney runs out there and the demons leaves.
Penney never got out of the house, and always saw guys that were married or she was related to them. So she had a big crush on Brian.(Brian is a 17 year old boy that doesn't know anything about his parents, they died in a explosion and he doesn't know anything about his powers really.
Just that he has some) Emily could tell that Penney liked Brian so she became the pain that she can be.
Not letting them have the book until they "talked". Then Emily told them that she wanted a baby sister and that they would not be getting the book back until they say they will give her a little sister.
A guy starts to walk about San Francisco with a wand in hand looking for someone.
Where else would he end up at other than the Halliwell manor? This guy claims that he is Harry Potter, thinking that what he knows from the books is really him.
Al though he calls himself Daniel Potter, Dan for short. Well… They think he is a demon at first. Turns out he isn't.
Taryn (she is 16, and the daughter of Piper.) grows a crush for him. When Penney goes back upstairs her blood sugar problem gets the best of her, or so she pretends. Brian carrys her off the stairs and then Aaron (Parker's husband and father to Parker's triplets) flames in and flames out with Parker. He casts a spell to turn Parker evil and to be his queen to rule the underworld. She returns and tries to kill them, but a spell takes over them all, but Brian and Dan.
They all think that Parker turned evil a long time ago, and that they gave up on her. Emily was Parker's daughter, and that Brian and Penney were married with a baby on the way. Parker knows this and she comes to be mean to her sister, by making her go into labor early.
Emily also indorses pain for Penney.
This goes on for a few days. Then, Christmas night, Prue's ghost comes back and talks Penney into killing Parker, that she is evil. Emily realizes what she has done and that Penney really is her mother. When Penney kills Parker, the spell wears off and then she knows what she did. The baby that she had went thought labor pains for disappeared.
Penney broke down and then made Emily feel that she wasn't wanted anymore. So, Emily left the house and walked down the street to the park where a crazy woman took her in and changed her name.

When Penney gets her cool and realizes that it is Christmas, she runs to wal*mart to get stuff and then they realize that Emily is missing. They find her and get her back. When they get back, the Elders appear and give Penney and Brian the baby back (it took us 3 hours to come up with the baby’s name: Evan Brian Halliwell). They have a gushy Christmas and Taryn gets pregnant.
They live their lives with pretty much a everyday nothing happening for a few months. When June comes, things start to happen again. Penney gets a phone call from a guy named Jimmy.

Everyone believes that he is Emily's real father and that he left them when he found out that Penney was pregnant.
Turns out that Jimmy was just a demon that wanted a higher ranking in the demon world. Jimmy turns Penney evil. He also takes Emily, in hopes of getting more power. Parker and Brin save Emily in the hopes that they could save Penney from the dark side too. Parker risks her life, in hope that Jimmy will try and kill her, and it will snap Penney back, and try and save her. The plan fails. When they realise they may have to kill her, Parker makes potions. Penney shimmers in and try to kill them. In the end of this Parker throws a potion at Penney, which kills her.
Paul takes Emily, because they couldn't find Penney's will. When they go to the hospital, they have to go a DNA test to prove that Evan is really Brian’s.

They also find out that Penney had cancer and was close to death anyways.
She did not tell her sister or anyone that she had it.
At Penney's funeral, they travel into the future, to see that Penney does come back, and pregnant, and as for Parker’s pregnant from Aaron! Brian learns he has a new power. They travel again into the future about 10 years or so.
When they return, the funeral home is on fire, and Jimmy is the cause of it.
Aaron returns in their lives. He posses Parker, Brian figures it out, and then he finds out that the spell can only be said by a sister to a sister. Around this time, Brian learns he has a half sister: Clare.
The elders return Penney to say the spell and after she saves Parker, Brian gets a call from his old apartment owner, asking him to go by and clean out the apartment so they can have someone rent it out.
Right after Brian and Penney leave Parker and Aaron get to going it, making her pregnant, and then at the apartment, Brian Penney get to doing it too, making her pregnant also.
Emily's imaginary friend comes to life apparently, they are real, but only can be seen to the child that wishes and thinks them up. Her name is Mackenzie, but Emily calls her Maria. Mack ends up
babysitting and helping them, because she was going to be needed for her powers, to kill Jimmy.
They all get together to kill Parker's husband, Aaron. The triplets end up killing their own father with a spell with the help of Clare.

The family goes out to eat that night to celebrate what they have accomplished
The late night/early morning, a typhoon hits the area. Mack leaves to help her other friends. They move all their stuff into Parker's room. Mike (Parker's soon to be husband) disappears. Brian
decides he has to take control on this situation. He has Taryn orb somewhere
to rent a moving truck so they can save everything they wanted to or could.
Taryn orbs to Salem, Mass. They family stayed in a hotel until they all reached breaking point. So a two weeks later they move in with Lindsay (the oldest half sister of Parker and Penney). Lindsay doesn't like magic or anything.
Aaron starts to stalk Parker from the dead. Parker is acting nuts because of a potion that Brian gave to her, to stop her from worrying. So all 4 Charmed ones have to come to talk Parker into
some sense. It doesn't really work.
That night, Paul takes Brian and morphs into him. This is when we find out that
Paul is really Aaron's brother, and is a powerful demon. So Paul is gross and
tricks Penney into getting in bed with him.
Somehow that creates a opening to evil upon the family. So the Elders also turn evil, and they speed up Penney's pregnancy, and she has the baby right then and there. They take her away, back to the dead. Things get hectic in the house and Lindsay kicks them all out.
Leaving the family to kill Lindsay off.
They all gather in Brian's old apartment.
Paul and Aaron say a spell to return Penney to life. Jenny names the baby after Penney, so calling her Little Penney.
Zandra comes in with Taryn and they all start to fight and use their powers on each
other.
Meanwhile, Paul is brain-washing Penney into thinking that she is married to him and that Brian is just a demon that wants in on the power. Evan and little Penney are just plots to make her want to be with him. They are not really her kids.
Penney pretends that she believes this lie so that she can have the power to take Brian out of this magical protected cage.
Emily and Evan start to annoy each other.
So Evan sends them into the cage with Brian. Jenny also orbs into the cage and none of them can get out.
Paul has confidence that he did a good job with it, and sends Penney and Brian into a room. Penney cuts off the connection between Paul and her and tells Brian that she isn't really believing it and that she wishes she could just go back to before the hurricane thingy.
Penney and Brian go back, and get everyone out of the cage, and then Penney throws Paul and Aaron into the wall knocking them out. They all go to the new house in Salem, Mass. Penney is pregnant again. Mack comes back and snaps Paige's oldest daughter to them, Paprika.
Penney took Evan's powers because he was being mean and they were cared he would become evil. So she couldn't mentally handle them of course so she started to think she was indestructible, and was doing things that could REALLY hurt the baby she was carrying.
A few weeks later, it was getting so out of control that Parker told Brian that it was all his fault and that anything that happened was his responsibility.
So he took the powers on for himself knowing that he can handle them, since his powers are simular.
Penney is going though the whole I'm fat thing, and traded spots with Brian so she could have the chance to be not pregnant, tall, and skinny. So they argue about it. Then Emily walks downstairs and tells Brian (thinking he is her mom) that Brian isn't he real dad, and calls him Brian. Apparently, Paul told her this.
Paul flames in behind them, and takes Brian, thinking it’s Penney, once again.
So he tried to seduce Brian, using his mind control, but it doesn't work because he does this toward Penney, and not Brian.

So yeah, Paul sends Penney to the astral plane. Jimmy shows up, and Brian trusts him to take him to get Penney back.
So Jimmy takes him to the old manor, and he gets Penney back.
They (Penney and Brian) get in trouble with Parker, after they find that Emily is home sick, and thinks that Brian did it, and now hates him and Penn.
So they go get Evan from daycare, and get a hotel room. The Elders show up and take Brian away, because apparently, the future is messed up. So they get switched back to their own bodies
and Brian doesn't remember anything about Penney nor the Halliwells.
Aaron is back in Parker's life, saying that he is there for good.
But then along comes Morgana, a fifteen year-old "homeless" girl. Parker freaks out, shrieking," Get the Hell outta my house!"
Morgana apologizes, and heads for the door. But Taryn comes and shows
a little sympathy towards the girl. Morgana gives in, not wanting to get hurt; but as
she grabs the handle, she gets shocked, badly. Taryn blames it on Parker, who oblivious to who did it.
Taryn heals the burn.
Morgana is soon enough adopted by Penney and Brian, but not before Jenny finds out that she's the sister of Aaron and Paul, who was the reason she had no parents. This makes Jenny create a sort of wall in her heart which blocks Morgana and makes her hate her. They're always down each other's throats,
Jenny being the one who starts the arguments nearly every single time.
