Some people say she is over confident but she really is not. Penny can be stubborn at times but only if she is sure she is right about something, Penny isn't stubborn for the sake of it. She doesn't fear allot but ever since her mother died she fears her father is dead too. This doesn't show and Penny lets her anger and fear out on her sisters. She knows it is wrong but she can't help it. There is a nice side to her too. She has always been very bubbly and likes talking about everything, from politics to tv shows she likes. Caring is the way her mother was to her and thats the way Penny is to everyone else. Growing up Penny slowly gained more and more powers but luckily her mother was there to help her control them. She was always pretty close with her sisters but hated it when they were overprotective of her. On the day her mother died Penny was with her, it has haunted her and she has nightmares about it every night.
