Ethan already hated this. Not only was he going back to the planet that he wanted to stay away from, he had to do so with some serious scum. Compared to these guys, Ethan was a choir boy. He had to team up with some other merc's to take down this Kane. It was a pretty simple assignment. Some billionaire thinks that she was hired by one of his enemies and wanted to take her out first. Yes, the man was paranoid, but that didn't stop him from paying extremely high prices.
Normally, Ethan didn't like playing assassin, but like I said, the pay is extremely good. Him and his small group of mercenaries were still on board the Orion. He didn't like them here, they weren't his crew, so frankly, he didn't trust a damn one of them. He did try to keep them isolated the the main parts of the ships, you know, the mess hall, the cargo bay...that's it. He wasn't going to let them have free reign on his home.
Ethan was in the cockpit of the Black Orion. Through the window monitors he could see the planet that he once called home. He wasn't going to say 'good to be home' because it wasn't. If any member's of the omega suns found him alive, than his father's life would be put in danger along with any of his friends from way back. "We will arrive in our destination within fifteen minutes, captain." A.U.R.A.'s voice spoke to him.
Ethan unbuckled his harness, and gave A.U.R.A. control over the ship. "Guys, suit up, we hit the ground in twenty." Ethan said over the intercom and then left the cockpit heading to the armory.
-------- Planet Side --------
Ethan stepped off the Orion, into the docking bay. He was suited up in his Merc Armor already, mostly it was because of the helmet, he knew that he sun's had some men working the docks and didn't want to risk it. His small band of five merc's came behind up behind him to. The only one of them that Ethan might have liked was Marcus, he was older, more experienced. The man used to serve in the military and still wore a variant of their armor. Alistar was a straight up thug. He used to be a pro athlete until he was busted on drug's, pimping, and gun smuggling. Cumo, was a dude from Earth Mexico, he spoke Spanish and was apparently handy with a blade. Rain, the only female in the group, though Ethan wouldn't touch her with a ten foot poll, (Trust me, he isn't picky). She didn't use weapons other than pistols, preferring her kinetic abilities over them. And last and surly least is Zeke, a kid. He couldn't have been older then sixteen.
This group wouldn't have been Ethan's first choice, but it would do...he hoped. "My contact should meet us here...there he is." Marcus said, pointing over to some shady guy. When the contact got closer, Ethan recognized him. His face was partially burned, an accident when he crossed the leader of the Suns. Good thing Ethan had the helmet on.
The contact simply handed Marcus a data chip, and walked off. Marcus' visor came down for a second, and he uploaded the chip. Gotta love military tech. It come a second later and the old man smiled, the scars on his mouth tugging, "I know where she is..."

Having a hit on her own head, was nothing new. She killed for a living, and constantly cleaned the blood off her hands. Some times she regretted her choices, felt guilty for her actions, but more so she was lost in the adrenaline rush that had her desensitized. she had become a monster who had forgotten how to feel. A few days prior, she had been assigned hit, a billionaire who had been swindeling money, cheating on his wife and had framed his entire office staff for his actions. As much as she hated people, she believed there was a special place in hell for bastards like him. No one deserved that, and or that very reason, she existed. She knew someone would be after her for what she was about to do, there was always someone out for someone else. There was always someone hungry for blood here. Part of her wanted out, to escape, see new worlds, new planets, and see more than she had grown to know. This hit was like an other and she thought nothing of it, except the fact that she was messy, and before he had even started, she felt the presence of a shadow. Someone else was on her trail. The entire day, she spent, holled up in her room, rather than follow the tracks of the rich bastard. Normally she would've blown it over, ignored the treads, but something stirred inside of her. When nighttime fell, she took her chance. Ally was ready for this. The stalking and observing would continue tonight. She had to make up from he lost time and get to the bottom of this. She would expose him for his actions, as well as spill his blood upon his clean white carpet. She would be clean, and direct, like she always would. Slice his throat silently, whispering in his ear "You knew this would come'. She lived for that satisfaction, justice. Not every hit was some bastard like this, most of the tie it was simple dislike and general hatred of one another. It didn't really matter to her, whoever paid the highest, got her services. After securing her pistol and knife, she found her way down into the lower district. He favoured a bar to drink his sins away and she followed him. Tonight, she would strike.

Marcus was in the lead, followed by Cumo, Allistar, Rain, Zeke, and then Ethan. It wasn't that Ethan isn't a take charge guy, in fact he can be quite the opposite. He was in the back, because he wanted to be. The small group of mercs was in the lower district, Marcus was still getting intel from the other contacts he has in the suns. Why an ex-military man has friends in a large gang was beyond Ethan, and he didn't really care at the moment. They were moving fast, single line formation. People who were wondering the streets were moving aside quickly...it's a smart thing to do when people are running around with guns. The hud from Ethan's helmet had a circle that bounced around around to everyone's faces. It always takes a little bit to get used to. The group stopped behind a corner, and Ethan stopped, and turned around. It's a pretty good habit to get into, that way no one can sneak up. Vindictive was tucked up against his left shoulder, yes, he was a lefty. "Alright, the target is around the next corner in a local bar. We hang tight until the second shows up." Second? But there was only one target, and that was Kane. Ethan was about to speak up whek Zeke tapped him on the shoulder, Ethan thought that it was time to move but almost stepped on Zeke's foot. "Why are you looking that way?" The kid asked. "Because, unlike you, this isn't my first time, and I've been ambushed before." The boy grunted understanding but obviously was retarded enough not to get Ethan's meaning.

She was much smarter than they took her for. She watched the group of them slither in, thinking they were invisible. rue she was in the lower district and one of them had been tracking her every move. The one in the front, big tough guy and a dumb kid right behind him thinking he was doing one hell of a job. She smirked to herself, in fact, waiting behind that corner. She couldn't escape being tracked like that, but she would come out on top, she always did.
While they're eyes were turned away to converse with the one in the back. They're attention was slighted and their focus was off. she didn't fully get a grasp of their strengths and didn't have the chance to observe them. First in line was an older, gruffier sort of fellow. Inhaling a deep breath, she foucused all of her strength and reached out to grab him by the shirt collar. one hand covered his mouth to silence his screams, the other held the blade that sliced his throat. One down, 5 to go. This was going to be a long night and she didn't need things like this getting in her way. She laid him down slowly and slunk further into the shadows again, dissapearing and lurking until her ext strike. The large thug would be fun to take down. They wanted to dance/ to play her game/ oh she would play alright, but by her rules.

Cumo, who was behind Marcus turned back as did Rain. "Hey, Cلllate" he said in Spanish, which Ethan could only translate as to 'hey, shut up.' Rain nodded her head, "Fuckin' seriously, we're on the job." She added. Zeke threw up his shoulders and shook his head, he pointed his gun right at Ethan's head, not on purpose, but still Ethan grabbed the gun and pointed it away. This kid was going to get him killed before they even ran into Kane. And what the hell were they talking about with the second hit?
Marcus turned around, "I'm going first, come in twenty seconds later." and he dipped around the corner. Ethan thought he heard the sound of a blade cutt- Zeke yawned. It was loud and obnoxious, oh how Ethan wanted to punch this kid in the face. He wasn't going too...unless Zeke kept this shit up. Twenty seconds passed pretty quickly and the rest of the group broke cover, Rain and Ethan moved the right side of the walkway, hugging the opposite wall and moving up to the bar, no sign of Marcus.
Zeke's foot slid forward and he mumbled something like "Fucking Oil spill." But even with the blue tint everything had, to Ethan, it didn't look like oil.

She watched from the shadows, immersed in the darkness, as he kid sipped on his companions own blood. maybe he would be next, considering he was the least experienced. she would've contemplating letting him live, considering the poor kid was so young, but he stood in the way, just like the rest of them. She heard their muttered whispers about staying silent and something about a 'second', as if she had an accomplice. Kane always worked alone, always.
Ally waited and watched. She studied his reaction to the body, his loss or words and his stumbles into the darkness. Now, he was in her territory. the alleyway was completely dark, void of any light here. A few street lights gave in, scattering reflection in a few places, but there was enough for her to hide in. When he narrowed in closer, slipping on something in the dark, she grabbed him in the same manner and silenced him forever. The remaining 4 would be much more of a challenge. Not gaining better hindsight, she saw her matches. Apart from the thug, there was a paranoid Spanish looking fellow, a rather tough woman, and a man around her age whom she couldn't quite wrap her mind around just yet. She knew he had to be in charge of this disaster.

Ethan fallowed Rain. Allistar, and Cumo into the bar, and it was of a much higher class than the place they were in. Why would Kane be here though? This doesn't quite seem the type for some assassin to be in. Far to many people here, way to many cameras...it's all to easy to be identified. Ethan also noticed that the small band of merc's put on masks too. Probably for the reasons he's just specified.
With a quick sweep, Ethan noted that both Marcus and now Zeke were no where to be seen, as well as the all of the bar's people. He mentioned this to the others, "Allistar, Echar un vistazo?" Even through the mask, Ethan noticed Allistar's quizzical look. Rain just rolled her eyes, "He said check it out."
Allistar nodded and moved out, loading up his pulse shotgun. "Alright, lets continue with the hit."
"But Kane's not even here yet." Ethan stated.
"Aśn." Cumo said, and Rain started laughing then turned and moved out at a slow place, sweeping through the terrified people.

They were more than right, she had yet to even enter the place, and at this rate, she was considering not even venturing in. Mass chaos in a public pace was far too messy for her. Not to mention the drunks, messy work was just not her forte. Still, she knew this job had to be finished, but entering was not an option of hers. Her original hit would have to wait another day. Regardless of her conflicted thoughts, she had to stop this. "Dammit." she muttered to herself in the alleyway.
As she ought with ideas how to do this, one stuck out. She pulled out her rifle from her hi holster and snuck inside via an exit door. As the bass pulsed and pounded, she struggled to find them in the crowd again. It was easy enough to still see them following alongside each other in a line, not to mention the woman was easily distinguishable. maybe that should be her next target. easy enough. Swallowing hard, she gave a deep sigh and stood on her toes to get a better look. Height always seemed to be her weakness in most situations. Ally snuck behind a wall and tapped into her Black eye, aquiring her zoom. She reached into another holster on her hip and pulled forth a silencer, adjusting it onto the barrel of her pulse pistol. She leaned out from her hiding place again and aimed. This action, she knew would create mass chaos in here, throwing both of thier plans awry. She was still close to the exit an could easily make get away if things got too out of hand. Inhaling another deep breath, she aimed and squeezed the trigger on the woman.

Moving through the crowed they stopped and Ethan knew why they were here. Sitting in the booth was non other than his client, the man who hired all of them actually. Rain, lifted up her pistol and aimed right at his face, while Cumo did the same with his rifle. Only he was pointing it directly at Ethan's mask/eye.
"Gracias por el paseo, pendejo" Ethan could only guess that mean's thanks for the ride asshole.
Oh shit. This is a double cross, well bend me over and fuck me side- His thought was cut off by the sound of a gun going off. It sounded just like a pulse weapon, and it startled Ethan enough that he fell backwards.
As he fell, Cumo shot too, but the bolt Ricocheted off of his helmet. Thank god for that. Ethan hit the ground flat on his back, his gun raised up. He pulled the trigger and Cumo's face went out the back of his skull. Blood rained down behind him, and speaking of Rain, apparently someone shot her as well and that made her miss her shot, though she won't be taking another. She was dead too, and the client was already running away.
The people were panicking and running all over the place, but Ethan stayed on the ground, slowly rising, watching out for where that shot that killed Rain came from.

Ally caught just enough to see what was going on. The poor bastard had been double crossed. She slunk out from behind her hiding place and fired two more shots, one hit the man's client, sending the son on of a bitch falling like a great oak. The other missed it's target and hit a wall. [b"Shit"[/b] she muttered to herself, slinking behind her wall again. She furrowed her brow in anger, losing her own hit in the crowd, but she knew where to find him later. Now, she wanted to get the bounty off her own head.
For some, strange unforeseen reason, she decided to take the poor guys side. There was still one left and he blurred amongst the crowd. She slipped from her hiding place again, mistakenly making eye contact with the one that seemed to be searching for him. From the corner of her eye, she watched the thug slip out the doorway, knowing his cover had been blown. The bastard wouldn't last long with her on his tail.

Ally swallowed hard, trying to think if she should trust the man that wanted her dead not 30 seconds before. Inhaling sharply, she peeked around the corner, watching him. He seemed sincere, but men were usually liars and cheats. "How...." she started, clearing her throat. "How...how do I know I can trust you?
She came around again, making eye contact now. damn he was cute. The off limits ones usually were. hell, what did she know anyway. Men were trouble, all of them. She liked to play and tease with them, but there were al the same underneath, always wanting sex, control, power. Things she herself didn't take lightly too. Sex took intimacy, control meant giving up and power? Definately not something she would easily submit too.

When she moved over Ethan saw her, and she wasn't what he was expecting. He was expecting some older woman riddled with scars and maybe a lazy eye. I know, I know, why is she old right? Well Ethan's mind works in mysterious ways. Any way, he like the real Kane better. So she had a black eye, was she ex-military?
Another shot blast crashed over head into the liquor bottles. All around Ethan was a sopping wet mess, he really wasn't looking forward to that lingering sent on his armor either. Well he knew what he would have to do though, she needed a clear line of fire. Allistar was totally focused on Ethan. So...Ethan was gonna have to play rabbit.
"Alright...I'll draw him out. You'd kill him or I'm gonna haunt yer ass from the next life." Ethan set down Vindictive against the bar and slowly crept over to the edge.
He popped up and shouted, "Allistar you sucked at sports!" Another round went right were Ethan was, but he managed to duck down...barely. With wasting a moment, Ethan burst from the cover, running low. unfortunately he slipped...bad. Fucking liquor. Already he could see Mr. Thug lining up his next shot, a wicked smile on his face. But Allistar was careless...he was leaning out to far, right into Kane's line of sight.
