Now, despite Earth technically controlling the three systems, at the distances, Earth's government can't control them. The United Nations, now called the United Planetary Systems (U.P.S.) consists of planetary representatives and system representatives. Since the population of all the systems is so diverse, each system has a different form of government and even some planets differ from the system. Earth revolves around a democratic system and has a president, while the planet of Tale in the omega system has a dictatorship.

Each representative has a spot on the U.P.S. council and has an equal say in almost every matter. Because of this system though, there can be conflict among the planets and small wars may break out.
