Planets and Stations

Earth is the planet where human life started. If you don't know that then are you an alien? Before mankind ventured into space, Earth was heavily populated with 22.5 billion people in the year 2160. It wasn't Until the FTL drives were created that man kind was able to leave it's home world and venture into the stars, though many still reside there.




Mars was colonized and had begun terraforming long before the FTL drives. Man had made star ships that could make the approximately 33,926,867.1 miles in just under eight weeks. The terraforming alctually finished in 2220. Now though the red rock and sand are very much present, Mars is filled with vast oceans, breathable oxygen, and a very large resort.

The Hatchim Resort is lakeside and extremely large. It isn't unheard of for there to be ten thousand people at the resort at any one time, but it's never 'crowded'. Complete with its own space port, the resort makes large sums of money that help fuel the planets economy, without the resort, no one would ever really want to stay on the dust ball of a planet.




The Calvin was one of the first Space Hubs in the space exploration Era. At the time it was considered a massive space station, housing one hundred thousand people and then becoming a fueling and trading station in the Sol System. Compared to the other three though, it is one of the smallest.

Cera is a desert planet that scientists believe to have been once covered in water, but when a large asteroid collided with the side, pushed the planet closer to it's sun. The water dried up and all that was left was salt sand and large, jagged mountains that dot most of the inland. The only places that still have water are located on the planet's north and south poles where the temperature varies from 80*F to 110*F, giving it a perpetual summer.

The style of clothing and housing in the poles resemble those of Egypt or the Middle east. The 'new natives' of the planet, call themselves Cerians and usually have dark skin thanks to the raging sun.

Cera's capital, called Mecha, is located on the north pole, is large and filled with people of all sorts. It is also considered to be a Babylon of the space era, where many religions come to on Pilgrimages .




Tale, the first planet to be colonized in the Omega system, Tale is the most similar to earth in regards to terrain and the amount of water present. The Capital of Tale is called New Thelia and has been praised for its success. However, it has fallen hard from its days of Glory. Now, there are corrupt politicians vying for control over the planet. Gangs run rampant in the streets, and crime is at an all time high with no signs of stopping.

The slums of Tale are a hard place to live. Though you can get a good deal on parts for your ship, meet a lovely lady in the red light district, have a stiff drink or play a of cards. But only if you can avoid, outsmart, or beat your way through the fake's, the crooks, and the roaming gangs. Almost everyone from New Thelia's slums hates the wealthy.




The Apollo station gets its name from being completely run on solar power. It is extremely large and at its 'head' is a large sphere with solar panels that collect the suns energy. The station is the second largest station in space closely behind Sceptri Prime. Currently it hold about 1.5 million people and is constantly being added too.

The most remarkable thing about the station, is that it is made up of different districts, and each can operate completely independently. Each district serves different purposes, but all serve as housing as well. The 'Life' district is a district designed for farming. With its grass, high hills, and simulated sun light and weather, it's very reminiscent of earth in many ways. The 'Sun' District supplies the station with its electrical power, as well as most of the shopping and trade, the 'Aqua' district supplies the station with water and is home to universities and schools, and the 'Power' district is where all the legal action takes place. Those of political standing stay there.

The they promote equality, the station looks otherwise. Just like on earth there are classes, the poor live in large appartment complexes in the Sun district, the working class lives everywhere else, and the upper class lives in large and expansive homes where ever they wish, but most are located in the aqua district.

Many have dubbed Sceptri Prim as a boom station, as in it sprung up overnight. Much like the boom towns in the 1800's, the station came about when mining in the gas giant's rings become wide spread. It was like a gold rush and the manufacturing company "Weyland-Yutani." was paying three times the minimum wage for miners.

Since the station is constantly being add to at such a high rate, much of the station has been neglected, so it has leaking pipes, low-cooling, and rusted portions. Like every mining situation, there is rampant gambling, prostitution, and other crimes as well.




New Antarctica is also a mining planet, though they are after something much different than the Sceptri Prim people. They are after a medical liquid found on most frozen planets far beneath the ice. The medical liquid acts as an anesthesia to humans and also stimulates the bodies cells for rapid healing. Most hospitals use this now, but only to the most needy patients who need it right away.

Since the planet is so cold, it is impossible for humans to survive outside of the domes without a heated suit, and even then its extremely dangerous. The domes are all interconnected through tunnels. Most are metal and not built right into the ice, staying above aground.

The main facilities are mostly housed by scientists but occasionally tourists come through because they have to refuel, repair, etc...




Lyncis is a jungle planet that was believed to be a failed colonization planet, mostly due to the wildlife living there. The animals are no more developed then the dinosaurs of old were, but they put constant strain on the colonists who were trying to take it. Eventually, they gave up, and left the planet, leaving behind their equipment.

Now, the planet is controlled by the pirate Clans how reside in heavily fortified locations and do night shy away from showing the wild life and anyone who dares come to their planet their massive fire power.
