I'm really beggining to doubt either the realiability of my internet provider, or my personal computer.

Every time I try to log in to C-C, it says:

QUOTE
General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Host 'server01.bricksellers.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' [1129]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

I had a problem here at CW for a while in which I couldn't see the forum icons, but it went away after a few days.

Have you ever had this problem at C-C before? Should I just wait it out, or is there a trick that I can use in order to get around this?

Any help would be appreciated. smile.gif

CC seems to have gone offline indeed, I can't reach it either..

Well, it's back now, but it's worth noting that this has happened before--same message and everything. I never really did understand what the problem is, but it's related to the messageboard (something to do with the forum software? Maybe?) rather than the site itself. It wasn't down quite as long this time, and since it was some months since the last time that happened, I imagine CC will be good for a while.

Faërie is a perilous land, and in it are pitfalls for the unwary and dungeons for the overbold. And overbold I may be accounted, for though I have been a lover of fairy-stories since I learned to read, and have at times thought about them, I have not studied them professionally. I have been hardly more than a wandering explorer (or trespasser) in the land, full of wonder but not of information.
