![]() An expedition of knights and adventurers explore an underground labyrinth, in search of a treasure of immense value and power. ![]() "As our ragged mob proceeded through the frigid caverns, our guide stopped us. In front of him, his torch illuminated a battered wooden door. Pinned to the door was a rotten, deformed skeleton, held against the door by a long sword, buried in its chest to the hilt. Below it was a moldy scroll, in a long lost dialect none of us could fully read. I made out a few words in the old goblin tongue, but much of it was alien to me. - Sir Hectrus II" ![]() These pics just barely make up for how much of a pain in the butt it was to set up the lighting on this thing. ![]() Prettified picture book type thing. You know the drill commandos. At least, I would guess. EDIT: Flickr with some other pics These are some other views I was asked for. Hopefully that's all you'll need, because as we speak I'm taking it apart for the sequel. -------------------- |

That gives me an idea, that last picture. Someone should write a "comic book" kinda thing with that picture type. Nice MOC to. I especially like the bearded skeleton in the corner. Nice detail there.

I agree with what Blue Head said and I also like the skeleton body trapped in the door way with a knife through its chest.
The yellowish look of the white bricks not only reminds me of my aging white collection but it makes the moc look old and caverness -which is good! |

Great job!
I like the high walls, it gives it a caverny feel, the white bricks look good as well, they give it an ancient feel. The story is good so far, I've always been a sucker for this kind. Bring on the sequel! -------------------- Freedom is the freedom to say that two plus two equals four. If that is granted, all else follows.

This is excellent stuff! The lighting, I must say, was worth your effort because you did an excellent job there - it really feels more like a cave/tunnel excursion.
As noted by Ork, the brickwork is very good as well, with the high walls really making one feel like they are in a cavern. I like both the writing and LEGO representation of the skeleton, nailed to the door with a sword... Castle or Pirate theme, I'm a sucker for that image. -------------------- |
