Hello everyone!

I'm not going to beat around the bush and ramble about how long it's been since I last made a LEGO story, so here one is:

Interesting story. My favorite part is the battle that occurred. In most castle comics like the one you made there is senseless slaughter that both side agree on, like a brikwar or something. You seemed content with the conflict resulting on only one death and a wounded. Thanks, and send more!

It's good to see that you're going old school. wink.gif

I have just finished reading it. This comic was very well done, I think your skills have improved significantly since you wrote the "Dygone Genocide." There's a general improvement in all areas.

The MOCs are pretty sweet. The Promadox Airship has inspired me to rebuild my old airship which has been decaying in a corner for a couple years now. The Weapons Factory is good as well, again I'm taking notes.

The story so far is good, I have nothing to complain about. This one really has potential, I can't wait to see where it goes.

Keep up the awesome work!

This is a fairly dark story, so there will be more violence to come. There will be more senseless killings in the story, but they will have a greater importance when you think about it.

Indeed -I'm trying not to rely too much on CG this time around.

Thanks! I'm surprised you remember the Dygon Genocide, as I forgot about it myself. laugh.gif

Haha, it will be nice to see you take some pictures of it now that you have a camera. wink.gif

I noticed that, I did not expect anything that bad to happen to Rayko.

Technically, it is not mine. It's the camera that my dad uses for work. I can get it whenever I need it, I think. I can use it to take pictures of MOCs more often, but not as often as I would like.

Ah, well when you do get the chance to use it -take as many pictures of your MOCs as you can. wink.gif

Very good! A nice read that progressed very quickly... the pics are very clear, the special effects are just right... the blood looks VERY realistic... I can't make blood look real like that.. not sure why.. it always looks fuzzy or blurry or something. blink.gif

I also really like how the hero seems to have a tough start so far... lost his hand!

There is a lot you can do with that... something like how he gets over losing his hand to be a stronger hero, fighter, etc etc... courage.. blah blah... tongue.gif

I'm really looking forward to the next chapter... the end of chapter one was funny, really had me chuckling for awhile. smile.gif

Thanks for the reply Quilly! I'm working on chapter 2 as we speak!

Rayko lost his hand just goes to show that no one is invinceble, not even the main characters in this story. Even generic soldiers are a threat.

This is a really good idea. Not only does it make things more realistic, it really adds an element of realism to the story; not to mention that it makes every battle more unpredictable... as they should be!

Good stuff, good stuff~

Here's chapter 2 guys! It's a bit lighter and less serious then the last one -mostly thanks to the comedic nature of General Nobalz. wink.gif

I love the second one. It holds the humor that I am used to, and has two of my favorite Lego types, Steam Punk(ish) and Castle. I like General Nobalz, and the trumpet player.biggrin.gif

Haha thanks man, I'm glad you liked it. smile.gif

There will be more funny moments like in this chapter, but there will be serious and dark parts too. Just like life. wink.gif

I just read Norabando again and realized something...I should probably continue it! Unfortunately I have been busy lately, and I have been unable to work on anything LEGOish including the CW comic.

However, as soon as I get some free time, I'm going to try and get the third chapter up for those of you who actually read the comic. So stay tuned! smile.gif

Now you make me feel bad for not having read it yet... it's just that everything's insane right now.. but one day, I tell you, one day wink.gif

I must say, Mr. Graynar, I do love your comics - surely you are the CW MOC, as always!

I don't know why, but it seems nothing fits LEGO better than a comic...!

Someday I must make one, until then, I'll keep reading yours...

This one is quite good, with a lot of good humor, as noted. The photo quality is also better and better.

I like how you've made the crowns baddies - kind of a cool touch for a faction that looks "uber-good". I also like how you have a good and bad side... call me a sucker, but I like that in castle stories in most cases. tongue.gif

The ship is cool, the character personalities are very cool. I like the camp very much too - you really put a lot of work into that to make it seem like a real LEGO forest scene - I do believe that is not easy!

Good humor, good personalities, really put me into the story.

Haven't finised yet - on page 13, but with this modem at home, it's gonna take awhile to finish.

So far, excellent stuff! This is a high-quality castle comic - the use of the ship adds a nice dynamic.
