Description: ...Do you expect me to talk?

Okay, it has been a week since I saw it, and I have been thinking to start this thread since then. Here we are.

To let things get started; Daniel Craig is bond to the same degree Sean Connery is.
Did I say my favorite bond was Connery before? ;)

Second, I love the style of this film- back to basics. While there are large action scenes, Bond doesn't repeatedly kill people all over the place, and most of the film is deep in atmosphere. Bond is weaker than usual too, and uses wits over acrobatics, in one scene he is seen easily being outrunned by a more agile badguy.
Also, since it is based on the first Bond book, this is when Bond becomes Bond, being not really the same person in the start of the as who he is in the end.

Worth spending your money on, together with Goldeneye (same director!) and all the Sean Connery films except Never Say Never Again, this is my favorite.

Anyone else's comments?

I've heard this is really good - although some of my friends don't like the look and feel of the new, muscular Bond.

I'm kind of excited - from what I've heard, this Bond is, as Hordesman says, kind of "back to basics". Thats really cool...

Haven't seen it yet... but can't wait.
