Title: My B-Day Loot
Description: Woohoo!

Napoleon - October 2, 2010 07:47 PM (GMT)
My parents can't keep up with what I own or do not own, so they gave me some money and let me spend it where I wanted. I chose Target because their prices aren't absurd like TRU's. <_<

Here's the loot:

I also got a number of books, including The LEGO Book, which I'll post here later if I get the chance. :)

That's quite a lot. I have the Desert Attack, it's a nice set.

Yeah, I was pleased with the amount of pieces I got. :) And yep, Desert Attack is awesome. The figs, including the horse, are really good. I plan on making an Iraq War MOC using the turbans. I still plan on making that Great Escape MOC, too, so the Lunar Limo's pieces will really help me build the cars.

Very nice! You've got a bit of everything in there! How is the castle? I haven't seen that here in Beijing yet, I am dying to get my hands on a few of those sets.

VERY NICE!

It looks like you had an awesome birthday. It's been a long time since I had a haul like that.

I still haven't seen any of the new Castle sets in stores. <_<

Wow, sorry for not replying... <_<

Even though you've probably seen it by now, the castle set is fair. It was a fairly bland tower set, although some of the pieces were very nice. :)

@TheOrk: Yeah, it was awesome.

Nice stuff man!

I too have Desert Attack, the only PoP set I was crazy about really (great parts, and cheaper of course) and the new Kingdoms sets are just divine as to armor and all that.

The new Kingdoms sets are comin' out soon, Doc; have you seen them? It's... civilian. Yes, you heard me right, it even has a town, mill and everything, very similar to Medieval Market Village.
