Bambu serves Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese classics, as well some signature Bambu Asian-fusion creations. Tempt your palette with classics such as Cantonese Barbecued Duck, Honey Wasabi Shrimp, and Pecan battered deep-fried shrimp. Bambu is located near the Canal Street entrance of the casino. It has an upscale yet casual feel, with decor inspired by the city of Shanghai. Symbols of good luck, including fish sculptures, bamboo and water, are featured prominently along with a unique collection of back lit Asian ceramics.
