Caeliria has been around for a long time now, and we've survived on free software, often on free web hosts.

Let's change that! I think it's time that this forum buckles up and takes the big step to become permanent. We need professional grade software on a professional web host.

Why?
1. I own a copy of vBulletin Software version 4. This is one of the most widely used professional forum software on the internet. The license cost me $200, and it's a lifetime membership.

2. With a professional web host on web space that we own, we never have to worry about losing the forums again. We can run automatic backups and will have complete control & complete ownership of our own forums! Forever!

What is vBulletin?
vBulletin forum software is incredibly powerful. Let me list some of the features for you:
1. Content Management System which allows members and administrators to publish content across forums, blogs, community groups, and website articles. Yes! You heard me! Community groups made by members with their OWN public/private forums. Anyone can create their own community group and use it to store whatever information they want. You can even run your own RP universe in its own private forum!
Community/Member albums built into the website! Share images and build albums easily.
Blogs built into the website!
A home page where you can post articles/information/links/rules!

2. vBulletin is one of the most powerful forums on the net. Even professional companies use it. The level of customization is almost unmatched.

3. Contextually activated menus. A clean User Interface which contains a nav-bar; it is easy to add new pages to the navigation bar. All that good stuff.

3. We need $10 for a month of web hosting.

1. vBulletin has one of the most powerful "New Post" functions on the net. You will never have to worry about pushing "What's New?" and missing out! You can also do a search for all posts in the last 24 hours, to double check! Keep track of the Role Plays without any effort.
