Useable Spells

[Educational Decree]

THE RULES

[ One ]

OCs and certain canons are not allowed to create spells, unless they receive special permission by an Admin.

[ Two ]

The only characters that are allowed to use spells above their level of magic are major canon characters, and with special acceptation some made-ups. You need to PM an Admin to ask permission.

[ Three ]

The Unforgivable curses are not to be used at Hogwarts! Though, sometimes a plot calls for them. If you want to use one of these three spells even if you character is under the right level to perform it you and the other role player must PM the same staff member to ask. If we say no, don't get angry. There could be another 5 topics using these spells we don't want them to get old.

[ Four ]

To Create a spell you must PM a staff member with the following information. The name of the spell, what it does, how does it affect the caster, how does it affect an opponent (if one is there), how does it affect the environment, what year does a student have to be in to cast it, and is it Verbal or nonverbal?
