Hi,
Just a note to let those who haven't done it before that the circuit TT on Saturday starts by the village hall (where the Moreton road races start). However, because we don't hire the hall for club events we can't use the car park, so the parking and signing on is down the road, just past the tea rooms, on the verge next to the grave yard.

Course details are here.

See you there!

Andrew.

11 riders on a perfect afternoon for a time trial!

Provisional results: (1st lap split times in brackets)

1st - Ian Cardy 53.44 (26:37)
2nd - John Chapman 56.09 (28:10)
3rd - Chris Wright 59.21 (29:30)
4th - Claire Day 1:01:06 (30:39)
5th - Tim Day 1:01:22 (30:31)
6th - Julian Foster 1:06:50 (33:25)
7th - Stuart Carrington 1:09:20 (34:32)
8th - Paul Gale 1:11:50 (35:31)

1 lap riders:
Pat Pinchin - 33.29
Simon Millington - 41.11

and visiting rider Derek Dowden took an early left turn to do a lap of bovington camp before returning to the finish from the east, so no time recorded :-(.

Well done to Chris Wright who came down from Salisbury to take part in his first TT: sub hour on that course is impressive for a first outing. Paul Gale managed to improve on his September circuit TT time of 1:12:09 and Claire Day managed to just beat Tim, despite having been behind at the end of the first lap.

We'll get the full results and points posted on the ccw website early in the week.
Andrew.
