Jeremiah enjoyed the cooler temperatures, it wasn't something that he was able to enjoy during this time of year in East Texas. At this time of year it was still fairly hot outside back in Longview, Texas. East Texas didn't seem to have all the seasons. It got cold, sure, but the leaves didn't seem to change as much as they did here. He remembered first seeing the bright, brilliant colors of the leaves as fall started to settle in. And then there had been the bitter cold of the winter, causing him to bundle up and also resulted in a Jeremiah that was even more miserable that he had already been at the beginning of that year, reflecting on how small he had been back then, still flexible and agile from dancing as he was now, but he had been small all over. He shrugged though, the past was the past and there wasn't anything he could do to change it, so might as well leave it be.
He continued on down the lake, his brain not registering that someone was taking a dip in the lake. He kept on going with a slightly dreamy, dazed expression on his face, trying not to think and succeeding in that department fairly well at the moment. But then he heard someone speak. His head snapped in the general direction, his dark brown eyes zeroing on a figure out in the lake, lit aglow by the last rays of the sun. Jeremiah couldn't tell you who it was at first, but then recognized it as Theodore Rodriguez, who he, and most people, called Theo. He waved a bit, shaking his head, turning a little red. Laughter bubbled up a bit at the mention that he didn't know that any boy could bend like that, turning a slightly darker shade of red. He shrugged his shoulders however. ”Not most boys did ballet from a young age,” Jeremiah replied, just loud enough that the senior boy would be able to hear him.
Then he watched as Theo stepped closer, his torso exposed to reveal the well defined muscles that, yes, did cause a bit of a stirring in Jeremiah. However innocent minded, Jeremiah still had those raging hormones. He was like most teenage boys, beside the fact that he was telekinetic of course. Though he snapped out of it when he was asked what he was doing outside. Jeremiah shrugged, walking closer to sit on one of the rocks. ”I needed some fresh air and to get out of the school, at least the walls. I've been far too couped up for my taste. He nodded a little bit, stretching his legs a bit more, just to feel that instant of relaxation. He looked, finding himself wondering if Theo was wearing underwear, swim trunks or nothing at all. He shook himself mentally though, happy when the images that were flashing through were embarrassing in his opinion. ”Anyway, what made you pick the way you did? Going for a swim?” He tilted his had a bit, not punishing or anything like that,
