January 1st, 2009 - Welcome to Northern Wind! Today is the first day we're open and accepting members! I'm so excited! Make your characters and claim land while it's still available! Let's get this place busy! By the way, if you're interested in a moderator or co-admin position, PM me! We're also especially looking for a graphics person. -- soleil.

January 11, 2009 - Yay, we're almost to 20 members! Canons are still open, so go try out if you want to be a god. Also, go add what songs you want to the music player in the Anything Goes board. -- soleil.

January 29, 2009 - I've gone through and aged all the horses that were accepted before January 28th one year. January 28th was the close of our first game year. Make sure you tell everyone you know about us so we can have lots of new members by next year. The next aging will be on February 26th. Canon positions are still open. Peace and love. -- soleil

So, I've just created a music player for the site. It can hold 100 songs total, so every member can choose five or less songs that they want to be added. Post those songs in a reply to this thead, and I'll see if I can find them.

(one of my 'chicano'/mexicano cousin's favorite songs. it's a very different style from the music I usually listen to, and the lyrics are half-spanish half-english, but it's a beautiful song about a father mourning his distance from his little daughter and his advice to her.)
